The hotel with its own beach, swimming pools and a buffet opened in 1818, the second wing of the 6-storey building was put into operation. We were at the end of June, the water in the sea was cloudy, so the pools just saved.
The general impression is positive. A small, well-thought-out territory, a large swimming pool, outdoor hydromassage for 8 seats and sea views, two children's pools. The pools are cleaned every day. There was enough space for everyone.
Everything on the territory is in flowers and fountains, people are constantly photographed. The territory is guarded, security and staff constantly monitor the bracelets on the hands of the guests.
The hotel positions itself as an elite establishment. Prices and pretentious entrance with expensive sofas constantly remind everyone of this. Two high-speed elevators, clean water (and not giving off hydrogen sulfide, as in most Koblevo bases) and the unusual design of the hotel on the first line from the sea - this is comfortable.

The rooms are spacious, bright, Mediterranean style. The bathroom is designed in an original way: the shower wall is frosted glass that opens onto the loggia. Fine furniture. Lots of outlets and light switches. Central air conditioning, controlled from the remote control, it is almost inaudible. The code safe is included in the room rate. There is also a hairdryer, wardrobe, refrigerator, kettle, cups and glasses. But there are no slippers and shelves for toothbrushes in the bathroom.
Our room overlooked the sea. There are no nightclubs in this part of the resort, and the administration took into account last year's comments about loud music from guests. On Saturday, from the balcony at sunset, they listened to a two-hour concert of the opera and variety studio: the stage is perfectly visible from the rooms overlooking the sea. The reverse side of the building overlooks a children's playground with animators, it is quite noisy there during the day.
Super-wide terraces on the 2nd floor offer guests relaxation on sun loungers without leaving the room. The idea is good, but half of the hotel admires the guests from above. It would be possible to have parties, but the yazhemati will be thrown with something from the balconies.
6th floor - pretentious (for prices) open-air restaurant with a panoramic view of the resort. We did not like it very much: the exit from the elevator on the restaurant floor is just terrible, plus the hotel does not fight mosquitoes.
Animation for children is, the kids were constantly busy with something. For adults, twice a day, half an hour of water aerobics.
The beach is spacious, with a rescue tower, umbrellas and a shady canopy. Sun loungers and beach towels are included in the price. Sun loungers are collected in the evening and put out after 8 am, lovers of swimming at dawn are not very happy. Nearby there is a bar, close to the toilets. Everything is as it should be.
The air-conditioned restaurant is huge, plus a large covered terrace. It's cool to drink decent coffee in the morning with a view of the pine trees and the sea. Meals on the "buffet" system, everything is delicious, the girls constantly brought something. Ice cream, pizza, good coffee, beer and alcohol - for a separate cost in bars (in a restaurant and by the beach). The food is sooo decent, the choice is not bad, there is both meat and fish. I liked the "craft" honey kvass, which is brewed by ourselves.

Prices for Koblevo are prohibitive. In comparison with Turkey, they are approximately equal to 4 *. In the minus - Limanskaya water: either muddy, or transparent and icy due to the bottom.
A hotel for the public who value local safety and comfort, and for some reason cannot rest abroad.
