I rested with my husband and 18-year-old son in De La Vita for 10 nights. Initially, we booked a tour to Turkey, but then quarantine made adjustments to our plans.
Settlement
We arrived by car at 13.45. The car was immediately parked for free. At the reception, there is a queue for check-in. Wishes for the location were all taken into account - a view of the sea / stage and higher, for which special thanks (we wrote a letter with wishes to the hotel in advance). First they put on bracelets and sent for lunch. At 15.00 they gave room key cards (2 pieces) and 3 cards for beach towels and sent them to the room.
Number

The room was a standard room with a sea view. The room is really amazing! Very comfortable bathroom. I was worried that there would be little furniture, but in fact it turned out just right. All my dresses fit on hangers, and the rest of the things on the shelves were placed. Everything in the room is in good condition, the equipment is working. The sofa is about 190 cm long, the son, 1.75 m tall, fit quietly, they didn’t even lay it out. Decent size room, not cramped. The mattresses, by the way, were very comfortable. Plenty of outlets and good lighting. Very large balcony with a full dryer, table and 2 chairs. The room has a kettle, 2 cups, 2 saucers, 2 spoons, 2 glasses, 2 x 0.5 liters of water (only on arrival), TV, quiet air conditioner. The Internet worked more or less, when at the same time a large download - disappeared, and late in the evening you could watch online movies. The view from the room is bombing (we had a view of the sea and the stage, 5th floor)! You wake up in the morning, turn your head, and there is the sea. . . ))) Unforgettable sunsets in the evening. I sympathize with people who had a view of the opposite side, a new large building of Vallen Park is being built there. And although the construction site is mothballed in the summer, the view is bad.
Staff
Maids are smart! Upon arrival, they asked for an additional duvet cover (one blanket for two on the bed), another chair, bedding and towels for the 3rd person - everything was brought within 15 minutes. They came to clean every day, but we didn't need to do that often, so we only asked to take out the trash and add toilet paper when needed. Fully cleaned every 3 days, when they changed the bed, normal.
Nutrition
The food is excellent! There was always plenty to choose from. Desserts and fruits were also always in short supply. There were queues, but always at different times, so you can’t guess when it’s better to come. Breakfast 8.00-10.00, lunch 13.00-15.00, dinner 18.00-20.00. The waiters constantly walked around the hall and cleaned the dishes. Coffee and tea only in the morning, at lunchtime and for dinner, only compote and uzvar from drinks. The coffee is, frankly, disgusting. (You can buy at a bar in a restaurant or on the beach: Americano 30 UAH, Cappuccino 40 UAH, milkshake 75 UAH, beer 0.5 l 45 UAH, kvass 0.5 l 25 UAH, Pepsi 0.5 l 30 UAH. Coffee there better, but also not great. In the nearest cafes, Lavazza coffee is cheaper and tastier. There is also a restaurant "Sky" on the roof, where we planned to celebrate our wedding anniversary, but it did not work out - there is only seafood on the menu (we are not fans) and prices, especially for alcoholic drinks, which are a little high even by Kiev standards. I can recommend the Picnic pub (just across the road), there are bombing kebabs and Pizza & Steak, 100m to the right of the exit from the hotel, there is also a Marka supermarket nearby.
Territory

The area is sooo small for so many people! We arrived on Saturday, and the people were dark, a natural anthill. After lunch, we could hardly find sunbeds on the beach (there were no free pools) in the sun, everything is busy in the shade. Naturally, no social distance, people on top of each other. From the next day I had to borrow (I hate this! ) In the morning sunbeds in the shade, near the sports pool (this is a new pool, opened in June), there are fewer people. In general, some from the evening "reserved" sunbeds in circles, toys. ))) Since Monday, the number of people has become a little less, but the hotel needs to decide something about the awnings!
Sea
The sea is a nightmare! Small, green from algae, with jellyfish, and for some reason cold (this is in July! ). A couple of times it was only more or less clean.
Entertainment
Entertainment is only for small children, for them here is paradise! Animation during the day, every evening for them a mini-disco, though the music is so loud that it just takes out the brain. For adults only water aerobics in the pool. Also on Saturdays there are concerts of invited artists. We didn’t like it, it’s too loud, the repertoire and performance is so-so, and the music in the neighboring hotel rumbles in parallel, as if they are competing who is louder. At 22.30 there is silence in the hotel, in neighboring hotels it is quiet after 23.00.
Summary
A high-quality new Ukrainian hotel, probably one of the best on the coast. I can safely recommend it for families with children.
We are unlikely to come back here. We lacked a normal sea, awnings on the beach, umbrellas by the pools, more territory and normal, less loud music. We have never seen so many children on the beach, screaming and splashing in pools, running around in a restaurant! All the time they were afraid to step on one of them. ) But everyone has their own requirements for rest.
