I rarely leave reviews, but this time I just had to! 3 families arrived, 2 children and a newborn baby. We checked in at 10 pm, upon arrival in the room there was an impression that it had not been cleaned for the whole day. 1st floor, main building, we had 3 rooms. The shower was in a terrible state, rust, mold, the washbasin was leaking and after taking a shower the whole floor was in water, like a flood, a terrible smell of urine. The whole room is in mosquitoes and flies, plus a huge moth flies. The socket was broken, the remote from the air conditioner did not work, and the refrigerator was buzzing all night, which did not let us sleep. All the rooms had a similar situation, some didn't even have a bed. The mattresses and pillows smelled terribly, to which the reception responded: "You understand the season, we wash them once after the season. " Tin!! ! At the request to bring a bed to the room, after waiting 3 days they did not receive it.
The food in the restaurant was always cold, not tasty and not cheap.
We immediately started looking for another hotel, we were lucky after 3 days we moved. The reception was not even surprised and did not ask what was the matter, they are always sure of this.

I don’t want to offend anyone, but on the last day a camp of former drug addicts arrived. We are all human, but perhaps some of them may have had a relapse, and there are many children in the hotel. I think this should be announced in advance. If you are traveling with children and a stroller, there is no elevator and you will not be warned about this. The price is not at all small, while terrible conditions, lack of cleanliness, unsanitary conditions and an indifferent attitude.
People take pity on your money and strength, rest should be adequate.
