Of course, we expected something completely different from the hotel, not what we saw. White House on its website positions itself as a Premium class hotel. We didn't expect people to just lie. But it turns out they can. Settlement. It all started with the fact that we were late and did not arrive at the time indicated on booking. com. On the way, they tried to call and warn that we were late, but for some reason the phone number indicated on booking. com was not serviced by the operator. When we arrived, we found out that our room had been given to other people. Nerves, tears, fatigue. Then they settled us anyway. Why couldn't you immediately say that there are free identical rooms?
Number. The two-room suite of the President class turned out to be very small, divided into three small zones - a hall with a wardrobe and a door to the bathroom, a living room with a small sofa (not as long as it seems in the photo) and completely uncomfortable, the body sticks to the leatherette lining and something is needed lay, with an armchair that was practically not used, as it was far from the TV, a tiny coffee table, a tiny refrigerator, a microwave and a TV, the third zone is a bedroom with a double bed and no TV. There was also a balcony with two chairs. The doors to the balcony are wooden, closed and opened with great difficulty. There are no doors between the zones, so you can call it not a two-room Suite, but a Studio room. And what kind of luxury can we talk about if sandwiches had to be made on the floor near the refrigerator, there is not even a table, eating on a glass coffee table is also somehow not very convenient. Of the dishes were only cups, glasses and teaspoons.
Hotel building. The hotel building is just a square building of the Soviet camp site. Renovated, completed the entrance. The stairs were covered with carpet. But the handrails on the stairs are old iron, Soviet ones. The walls in the corridors are dirty, in places with plaster peeling off from moisture. Floors with swollen linoleum, constantly dirty. The corridors made a disgusting impression, passing through them I wanted to wash my hands and feet.

Staff. The girl at the reception is very unfriendly, never says hello. It is almost impossible to ask anything, because she is either not there, or she is surrounded by a crowd of other customers. When you still manage to get her attention, after communication it seems that you came to hire her for a job, she speaks in such a tone.
Territory. Some corners are really well done, there is a fountain, but there is rubbish nearby, cars that have nowhere to put because their “parking lot” is just a piece of forest with pines, where else you try to squeeze in and for this we were ripped off 30 UAH per day.
Swimming pool. The pool was ready for our arrival, but to be honest, we didn't use it. It is positioned that the pool is for children, but the children's there is only a small part. Right in front of my eyes, a 4-year-old baby stepped onto the deep part and simply drowned, it’s good that her parents were nearby and immediately picked it up. Everything went off the rails. Another problem with this pool is that it's nearly impossible to get out of it safely. There are no handrails. The pool is overflowing and if you step on the constantly wet, slippery side, you will most likely fall. The only alternative is to step over, but then you will scratch your feet on the edge. In general, this pool is clearly dangerous for children. Near the pool, the floor is just laid out with old painted boards with huge gaps. This makes a terrible impression. Why they decided to make such a design is not clear. Maybe there wasn't enough money? Nearby, near the wall of the hotel, you can see a statue of Aphrodite (it seems), I didn’t look closely, because they didn’t go in that part. It is completely incomprehensible to me why bushes should be planted around the corner of the hotel and a statue should be placed, which is almost invisible, and the area by the pool, through which vacationers go to the beach every day, should be laid out with terrible boards. The tents that were put up near the pool and which should give the impression of luxury are already shabby, the fabric is torn, the floors are terribly dirty. Who wants to sit there?
Beach. Access to the beach through the back entrance of the hotel, near which there was always a huge pile of smelly garbage. Sometimes a car would come to pick him up. I do not think that right at the exit of the hotel you need to arrange a trash can, especially the hotel "Premium Class". Sunbeds and umbrellas are not enough. That is, they are purchased less than the number of beds in the hotel. You need to drag the sunbeds yourself, the boy will only remove them at 7 pm, and if you want to enjoy the evening beach, he will practically pull the sunbed out from under you, because I understand that his working day is over and he is in a hurry to do his job. Why he does not do it in the morning, it is not clear. There is one small shed, on which the material for covering has already been torn, there are little holes and shadows all around.

Internet. Only in the corridor and then very weak. Why write that he is throughout the hotel?
Output. The reality clearly does not match the advertisement and your expectations from the Premium class and the President room. Of the good only the weather, the sea and the smell of pine. But this is not the merit of the hotel. The photos are very well done, but these are just pieces snatched from the overall picture in a very favorable angle and the right lighting. I got the impression that this hotel is not like a tradesman in the nobility, but a barefoot peasant in a luxurious camisole found somewhere, but not a real one, but a theatrical one. In general, they swung, and then did not finish it. The hotel seems to have just opened, and already the impression of dilapidation. And it turned out to be a complete deception of customers and a complete disappointment.
