When choosing a hotel, I thought it was the best choice in Koblev, in the price-quality category.

Room "costs" up to 900 UAH. - here is an ADEQUATE price for accommodation in this hotel. Not more.
In the photo WH is impressive, but in real life the picture is much sadder.
We just arrived and were stunned by the fact that there is no place for a car on the territory of the hotel. Across the road there is a paid parking lot, UAH 100. / Day (someone else's hotel, ForRest) - that's where you put it.
Somehow more expensive, given that you already pay the maximum for the room.
The room is normal, but the bathroom with the toilet is just awful. Unfinished repairs, some strange doors that creak with each opening and closing, in places covered with rust.

Rusty faucet and hose in the shower ...Rusty water is dripping from under the pipes ...Well, in general ...
In addition, the floor smelled terribly of sewage.
Meals: Breakfast included from 9 am to 11 am. 4 types of breakfast to choose from: porridge + cheesecakes, pancakes, scrambled eggs and omelet. You need to register in advance. In fact: you sign up at 9.00, you arrive at 9.00, breakfast is served at 9.50. The bag is full. And given the fact that the child is sitting next to him and is already crying: "I want to eat" - so generally annoying.
The staff is good, you can't complain. Although the guys are all visitors, from other cities, and work there only for the season - still ALL are nice and responsive. Animators deal with children (although they often had to look for and name). Good animator Maxim, my child was drawn to him. But again: we had to look for where he was and when he wanted to come.
A good administrator: the woman is old, but very sensitive. The waiters are young, good music at the bar every day, nice bartenders.
Next: assembly. A separate topic. During the 8 days of our stay we cleaned only once, for 4 days.
And this was due to a request to the administrator, 3 times. Once asked: returned from the sea - on the bed lying sign "please remove" - ​ ​ but never cleaned. Short hint: ask directly. For the second time they hung out a sign - they came: they vacuumed. All. The third time they asked again through the administrator: let them change the bed - in the evening, thank God they made it. 2 times we left the hotel for a day (traveled to Odessa, South) - even posted a sign - effect 0. Arrived before 4 pm: the room is not cleaned.

On the first day we started to receive 2 coupons for spa treatments. Very pleased with this. 20 minutes of different spa / 1 person. daily: body and face massages, hair treatments, Tibetan massage bowls.

Masseurs Vyacheslav and Inna made an unforgettable pleasant impression.
My husband and I gladly went to them. But not for long. One day we came and saw: the procedures are paid, the coupons are not valid. The administration stopped issuing coupons. It turns out that free services (more precisely, services included in the cost of living) were introduced by the administration for a short time. What can I say: it's good that we got on them at all ...
