Extremely dissatisfied with the booking!
We booked a superior standard 3 weeks in advance and prepaid. Upon arrival, it turned out that the reservation had not gone through. All cottages of our category are occupied. We waited two hours for at least some cottage to be vacated. Settled in the standard. I also had to move from one cottage to another, absolutely the same.
The renovation is fresh and very nice, it is a pity that when booking a vacation in advance and making an advance payment, the staff make mistakes and can spoil your impressions of the trip.
