First time at your hotel. I will write my impressions. We arrived in Koblevo at 7:00, the site says that a free room for two for three nights costs 3150 hryvnia with meals (buffet from 8:00-19:00). It was great for us, let's call, but the recorded operator said that you would call in the morning, I'm sorry, 7:00 is that evening? Okay, at 10:00 they deigned to call us back. We gladly came to live. But that was before we entered our room. The room stinks of dampness so we paid for three nights but left after two. Dirty in the room is terrible, there is no hot water in the evening, the light constantly disappears. The shower tray is peeled, the wall is not white, but slapped with fingers and it seems that someone was picking the wall.
The room has a bed and two towels (clean). They gave one soap, toilet paper, one bag (disposable) of shower gel and one shampoo (disposable) (there were two of us in the room). On the plus side, these are two pools, a buffet (only ordinary food is enough, but if you expect to eat a cutlet or pancakes, it will not work, our people are so greedy that they take 5 instead of one serving). They cook little meat, but salads, a variety of cereals, first courses are enough and enough for everyone. Even if you want to check in before 14:00, you need to pay extra. On the plus side, the friendly young man at the reception. There are no mosquito nets, there is no wifi in the room. The unsanitary conditions are terrible.
