Soap and shower gels were never provided! despite the fact that it was a deluxe room! the first days they cleaned up the garbage, after the administration apparently decided that I didn’t need it, anyway, I’ll leave in three days! black curtains the room itself is not bad, but the level of service is at zero, you are lucky if you come from abroad - they will dance in front of you, but if you, like me, come from just another city, will they serve you in the restaurant as if they were doing you a favor? at the same time, they can forget about you and run to foreigners at other tables.

When checking into the room, the door to the balcony was opened, at -14 frost outside. After closing the windows, the beginning will clear up, the room is so smoky that the ears were spinning. Curtains with cigarette holes, bedspread with cigarette holes. The curtains are grey, the color is already closer to black.

The hotel is not bad, the room was clean, the bedding and towels were clean, the TV worked well, although it was a little cool in the room. Settled in this hotel at the suggestion of the tour operator. Check in was quick and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious. Thanks everyone.

The tiles in the shower were so awful that it was disgusting to wash in the shower ....It showed several channels, more or less normal. In the morning I had to go for an iron and a hair dryer myself, and iron in a cell full of clothes .....Breakfast. . . omelet (not bad), 3 pieces of 0.5 mm sausage, a spoonful of cabbage, 2 slices of cheese. The only thing I enjoyed was the multivitamin tea and juice. . .
