Terrible hotel in a beautiful city

My (now already) wife and I got together to go from Kyiv to Bulgaria via Lvov. We specifically asked the tour operator to book us one night in a budget class hotel. The weather was cloudy, it was raining. when we arrived at the hotel, it turned out that they did not know anything about our booking. Travellux tour operator (for inquiries). called, and only an hour later we were told that the local representatives had slowed down. thank god I wrote down the tour operator's phone number and that she was in touch on Saturday. the hotel looks like Soviet research institutes (same grey). inside is the same, only disguised by a couple of decrepit flowerpots. The elevator to the 5th floor did not work. I had to carry the bags upstairs by hand. number shocked. not only was the bedding aroused suspicion, but was it the first freshness? - so also to everything, I, sitting on the sofa, stepped into something sticky and huge. it turned out that someone had spilled a jar of jam a long time ago, and for at least a month it was not removed (because the jam had time to dry out and become more viscous). when I approached the concierge (and they are here on every floor) and asked her to clean the room, she cheekily answered me: for such a salary, no one will clean anything for you. I sent it mentally and returned to the room. it turned out that water in Lvov is given on time, and that the pressure in the hotel is rather weak. so we had no choice but to wash under a weak stream of room water. from bath accessories - only two towels for two.
To summarize all of the above: I will never return to this hotel and do not advise anyone.
