Closet no. . . in superior room. It gives the impression that "The face was washed, ... but the ass was forgotten... " You are greeted by a beautiful hall, and on the floor the carpet is covered in greasy spots, the steps are scraped off, the railings are stupidly painted in paint.....And it was even admitted that the sink in the room was leaking. . . and all the water just poured onto the floor!! ! there is little room left for "+" which is incredibly small: a good buffet, the assortment did not change every day, really), but everything was fresh and in sufficient quantity, very tasty coffee with milk, free luggage storage, clean bedding in excellent ironing and a nice new mattress! This concludes my story about this object). I really liked the hotel, I would have given it more stars if I had the authority. The food is good, the rooms are clean, the staff is good-natured, which is typical for Lviv, they settled without problems on the reservation, all whims are fulfilled. Excellent hotel in the center of Lviv, opposite the Opera House. Service is good, rooms are no frills but clean and warm. The breakfasts are delicious, but I would like more national dishes (Western Ukraine after all).

The hotel is just wonderful. We lived in an improved room, but the fact that he did not show any improvement. the walls are torn. in the room is an old refrigerator, the purpose of which is not clear at all. rugs are scratched. in the bathroom old plumbing. all bathrooms are combined. so you have to sniff out unpleasant odors from other bathrooms, because there is no hood there.

I do not recommend it to anyone and most of all I will not stop here for any money.

For some of those who came with us, this was a big surprise that they did not count on financially. However, it turned out that one of the members of our community still managed to "disown" this application (though with a scandal). Breakfast impressed with its squalor. Honestly, in "Puzato hut" you could dine for that kind of money! I'm not saying that with much greater pleasure I would have sat with a cup of Lviv coffee in any cafe. For the sake of truthfulness, it should be noted that the rooms are quite decent, the only negative is the wild roar from the road in the rooms overlooking the avenue. As a summary - I'm going to Lviv in August to another hotel.

Breakfast is in very small quantity which doesn't give you a full stomach feeling and if you wanted to eat more you have to pay. The price is not adequate for what they offer you at all. It should be much lower. Complementing. Breakfast is the cheapest terrible food. The bed is not white. The bed has a set of colors, after many years, washed many times. The shower is broken. Water pours from the shower all the cracks in different directions. Shower for people at max. 1 meter 50 centimeters in height. The shower has a very short hose. Terrible, no soap and toilet paper, dirty toilets for guests on hotel floors. January 1.2013 from 20:00 to 24:00 hotel staff made a party for themselves. (These people are crazy for sure. Everyone celebrates the New Year from 31.12 to 01.01. Not from 01.01. to 02.01. ) Music from the restaurant and the screams of drunken hotel employees were heard by all the guests who live in 2.3, 4 floors. At 23-10 I went to the administrator. She rudely refused to stop the noise. Only the threat to call the police to the hotel made the hotel staff scared and they ended their party. Very bad hotel.
