Naturally, many children burst into tears, as no one wanted to sleep on the floor. As a result, two of them lay down on the bed. For two children, one set of bedding was used. The hostel actually stayed overnight, so a lot of water and electricity could not be used. After very persistent persuasion, the owner agreed to compensate the children for 33 UAH for the inconvenience (before that, 150 UAH from each child). For a group of 37 people in the hostel, at first there were 9 foot towels (they were offered to wipe their faces). After a short scandal, they found as many as 11 towels for everyone. The blankets were thin. It was so cold in the 8-bed room at night that the children had to sleep in jackets. The staff honestly tried to help, but little depends on them.

We booked 2 places in a 4-bed room, the hostel requested an advance payment, which we immediately sent and warned that we would check in in the evening after a tour of Europe, left the hostel our phone number. Upon arrival at the hostel, we were dumbfounded that we would not be staying in a 4-bed room, but in a 6-bed one !! ! The hostel did not consider it necessary to warn us about such accommodation and immediately warned us that the rest of the residents would come up in the middle of the night, which happened, neighbors were settled in the room until the morning! The owner of the hostel refused to give us our advance payment, we had to stay there for one night, the next night we moved to a normal hostel.

Noise isolation in the hostel Severin is terrible - the hostel is a walk-through courtyard, you won’t be able to relax and sleep normally. But, the most unpleasant hostel is dirty. The bed is in the hair, there is a curtain with mold in the shower, the shower itself is broken, you will have to hold the hose with one hand and wash with the other hand, it is better not to dry yourself with a towel, when wet it starts to stink worse than a floor cloth. If you are not a squeamish person and can sleep under springtime and walking, welcome to Severin hostel. The only plus is the girl at the reception sincerely apologized for the settlement, but for whom it is easier, the mood was spoiled
