Booked an apartment for 4 nights for three people, threw a deposit of 400 hryvnia on the card. On the day of arrival, they settled in a neighboring house on the ground floor. Of the minuses: - the door to the entrance does not close if you are robbed (and, judging by the reviews, this has happened) - do not be surprised; - the entrance door to the apartment is in a terrible state, there is a dirty dusty soft toy under the door; - the apartment is terribly smoky, it is impossible to stay; - the apartment is very dirty; - no sound insulation - all night the neighbors from above did not let me sleep; - wi-fi, of course, did not work; - a light bulb burned out in the kitchen, they were waiting for an electrician, who appeared at 22-00; - the bed is right under the window, which DOES NOT CLOSED!! ! plus, the window and the window sill are in a terrible state - peeled and dirty; - bed linen is SOLD and TORN!!! The girl who lodged demanded to pay the entire amount (5200).

The girl who lodged demanded to pay the entire amount (5200). I had to pay, because it was scary to be homeless in a strange city with a child late in the evening.
After weighing all the pros (which were not) and against, they called the administrator and said that we would be moving out in the morning, asked to reimburse at least part of the amount spent. To which we were told that they return the money only if they manage to rent the apartments for these dates to other people. They offered to move to a suite, which is also located on the first floor in another house. However, after a fun night with grandiose audibility, they decided not to make such a mistake and not spoil the rest of the rest. We moved to another hotel. Of course, we didn't get our money back.
Conclusion: a dirty and smoky apartment, a hotbed of unsanitary conditions, dishonorable staff. Definitely do not recommend to anyone!
