But this year's trip prompted me to write this review. For the first time I chose the sanatorium "Lavender". This is the bottom! I booked by phone and asked for the best single room, they answered that the Standard is the best. A day of stay there cost 890 UAH. I got used to Soviet numbers and didn't expect anything special from the number. In fact, the room turned out to be an ordinary economy room, and the Standard, because it was a single room. Well, okay, but should there be an elementary teapot? And always in the sanatoriums there was a minimum set of toiletries, here they deigned to bring toilet paper on the third day.
I will not write what difficulties I encountered to change towels in the second week of my stay, but that's all with the number.
But the food! For three days I ate porridge with beetroot and tea diluted in a bucket three times a day. Do you treat people like animals? For 890 UAH per day? Are you seriously? For that kind of money, you can't give a tea bag to a client? The first courses, the so-called, I did not dare to eat. And there was nothing else! Oh yes, there were meatballs, near which stood 5 people in white coats and gave out strictly 2 pieces. Yes, they gave it out, because there was nothing to take.
No trays!! ! Apparently, so as not to gain a lot of porridge, only small plates. That's it, a plate in one hand, a glass of tea in the other. And if you have, for example, a phone in your hand, then everything, you have to give up something.
On the third day, I refused their food, which costs 265 UAH per day, and demanded money for the remaining period in order to eat in a cafe. I spent the whole day on the return, and since they were going to return me at the rate of 240 UAH per day (less than I paid), I went to the management of Morshinkurort to sort it out. I spent 2 hours there, trying to get a printout of what is included in the amount paid and how much of it is for food. And there, relaxation, complete indifference, composure, and disrespect for customers. I was driven from office to office, many had a coffee break and I was very out of place. The director, chief physician, chief accountant were not at work, as a result, the economist gave me a printout, where the main amount was as operating costs. That's all, I was not given a normal decryption of what is included in the amount paid.
In general, they returned me less than 400 UAH than I paid originally.
For comparison, in the best hotels in Morshyn complex breakfast, lunch and dinner cost 250 UAH. Cheaper than in Lavender or in any other resort. But there is food! Balanced, varied, tasty and beautifully presented.
A little about the treatment in Lavender. Keep in mind that you will be given a microclyster with a reusable tip. Gone are the days when a package with a new tip was opened in your presence. Now they are cooking them in a pot. They don't even sterilize, they just boil it! ! And this is hepatitis, and AIDS, etc. In my presence, the nurse who did a cleansing enema in front of the proctologist, not seeing that I had already entered, wiped the couch on which people lay down with the same towel, then wiped the floor and again the couch. Shock!
But the biggest trouble happened on the second day of my stay in Morshyn, when I was sitting on a bench opposite the Palace of Culture, in the center, and a dry branch fell on me. Huge, with a diameter of 25 cm. She flew past the temple and crashed on her leg. The blow was so strong that for several minutes I could not straighten up from the pain shock. And it’s hard to imagine, and I don’t want to, what the consequences could be if the tree fell 5 cm to the left. With a bloodied leg and numerous bruises on my leg, I went to the nurse, to which she replied, it's not for us, it's for the mayor. And a little later there will be a doctor on duty, go to him. Then she remembered that she had peroxide and poured it on my leg. I am still experiencing the consequences of this blow. The knee hurts, it hurts in the femoral neck, the bone on the leg hurts and swelled up.
The next day they came and removed the logs, but dry branches still hang over the heads of vacationers, and everywhere. Along the main street, in the park above the paths. Nobody cares about anything! Two weeks before my arrival, two trees fell in the park, by a lucky chance no one was around and no one was hurt.

As a result, my child and I were forced to run to the 7th floor, and more often to close the child exhausted from running alone in the room and run to the doctor.

But the miraculous water, healing and beautiful nature helped us to heal and gain strength!
