The attitude of the staff is friendly, ranging from administrators settling into rooms, nurses for procedures, massage therapists, to waitresses and maids. Only one request to you to improve the provision of access to the Internet. During my stay in the sanatorium I was in the forest, got a charge of vivacity and good mood! Here, a young doctor, Lesya Romanovna, went through the results of my tests in detail, we did everything that was possible, both included in the price and additionally paid. She explained everything to me and gave me options that would help me. For example, I was not allowed to do pre-donal sounding, but I always did it. And not only my doctor, I talked with other vacationers, no one complained about the doctors. And the nurses are very friendly. And yet, there was a negative, this is a dining room, which spoiled the whole impression of the treatment. I won't describe it, it's just awful. I got poisoned, lay for a day in my room, they really brought me food from the dining room to my room. but all procedures were cancelled. Yes, I would not be able to go through the procedures in such a state. So, pay, go to such a distance and still be poisoned. There were cockroaches everywhere in the dining room. I haven't seen cockroaches in such a long time. even surprised. The cockroaches did not even hide, they walked on the plates, as if at home. So now I'm thinking about what to do next year, I need to buy a course and live in a hotel, I guess. I'm already afraid to eat in the dining room of the sanatorium. The last days I went to a diet cafe.

But there is also a fly in the ointment in a barrel of honey. The food is disgusting, although it is considered dietary. The first courses consist of 80% water, side dishes 50% water. Constantly stewed cabbage with zucchini, no greens and fresh vegetables. At 21.00 every day employees leave the dining room with full bags. Even after applying to the administration with a written complaint about such food and visiting the dining room by the director of the sanatorium and the chief medical officer, nothing has changed.

It's amazing how it is combined in one hotel: a wonderful courteous medical staff and a deceitful greedy administrator!! ! Our stay at the hotel caused great disappointment. Although, as it turned out later, they have a separate room for those who purchase vouchers for deluxe and semi-lux rooms. But they didn’t tell us this, apparently because we didn’t give anything to the administrator when we issued the ticket. Naively believing that having paid 12.000 UAH in cash. for two, and so they supported the sanatorium enough. But the poor dining room is not the only problem. The sanatorium has its own medical base, but the equipment was installed back in the days of the Soviets. Union, i. e. 20 years ago. You can imagine what state it's in. The enamel at the baths for mineral water is corroded, the condition is like sandpaper - i. e. they cannot be washed effectively, therefore, any skin infection can be picked up. The amount of ropy (concentrate of mineral water) is poured only 2 liters per whole bath (150 liters). The procedure time was reduced from 20 minutes. up to 10 min. Somehow I caught a cold, stuffy nose. I went for heating with quartz, and the tip of the tube is melted so that the rays go to the face instead of the nose. I ask "Is it really impossible to replace the tip? " and they just goggle their eyes and do nothing. I went to the head nurse and told her about it. She did not believe that this was so and went with me to the office - she was convinced. She promised to fix it, but neither the next day nor the next - no one fixed anything. And in general, colleagues, keep in mind that all more or less useful procedures such as: dry massage, underwater shower-massage, etc. not included in the price of the tickets and must be paid additionally in cash !! ! Well, keep in mind that this sanatorium is still a state-owned enterprise, and therefore they didn’t care about any complaints and don’t try to improve the service. The only way we can express our disagreement with such disrespect for us is not to purchase tickets to the Morshinsky sanatorium. Moreover, in Morshyn there is a huge selection of sanatoriums, boarding houses and hotels, in which they try to provide the best service and at more attractive prices. I will not specifically indicate the name, but this season my wife and I settled in a good hotel with meals, and we purchase only those procedures that we ourselves want. And this is a better option than a sanatorium. I wish you all a good and relaxing holiday.

And the last thing. Be especially careful with beauty parlors! It's just HORROR in its present understanding!!! ! Be afraid: Lesya from the Morshin sanatorium, a mother-in-law in the city center in the Children's Hospital, and her daughter-in-law in the Lavender sanatorium, Oberig hotel, with his golden workers... Here are all those who "specially tried on my face", and yet I arrived there with a clean face. Each of them assured me that only she knows how to properly treat the skin. Complete idiots. As a result, we came to the result that I had a very long time trying to get rid of traces of their "professionalism". It's sad that this had to be experienced firsthand.
