I want to go with my child for a couple of weeks to relatives in St. Petersburg. Is it possible to travel with an internal passport, or do you need a foreign passport? Is it enough to take the father's permission to leave, certified by a notary, or do you already need a ticket, a child of 7 years old. And my mother wants to take her granddaughter (13 years old) with her, what documents are needed in this case? Thanks
