Administrators in response to complaints say that you are the second to complain, and everyone likes it. If you don't want to, don't come back. according to the accommodation, the room is standard - there is actually no cleaning, they cleaned the room themselves, they gave out dirty towels, it was not possible to sleep on the mattresses -solid springs.
