We tried to rest in May 2013, and it did not work out.
We waited in line at check-in, then we were seated. Immediately alarmed by the abundance of poison from cockroaches in the room where you need to give a coupon for accommodation. When asked about the living creatures in the room, the bellhop answered that they sometimes run through, however, as it turned out, we were already met in the bathroom. A huge black insect darted around the bathroom, trying to hide, and could not. The bellboy caught him with her bare hands and threw him into the toilet.
We sat in the queue to the doctor, we were prescribed procedures, had lunch, looked around, had dinner, went to the estuary (approximately this schedule will be throughout your vacation). We hardly slept at night, because it was scary to turn off the light and imagine that someone would run after the peeled wallpaper or climb out of the cracked parquet.

In the morning, after breakfast, everyone went to the procedures, then quickly it was time for lunch, dinner, and so on....The second night was no longer so calm....After 00, the living creatures crawled out of all the cracks, then they had the joy of seeing in the morning. We spent the night on the ground floor near the reception, and we were quickly moved to a renovated room with new furniture and plumbing.... However, guests soon appeared there too. The vacation ended, and before it began, I packed my things and went home.
If you are not embarrassed by unsanitary conditions in the face of huge cockroaches, then, in principle, you can go and get treated and relax. There are TVs in the rooms in all rooms, refrigerators in some, hot water is constant, the food is tolerable, the treatment is effective, the service and the environment are so-so, but you can find something to do and make new friends as well. If you like to read, you will need to go to the city for books, or take them with you, because the language does not turn to call that tray with books read a library.
I met rudeness once from the corridor on the 3rd floor of the second building. In principle, with a certain perseverance or a certain amount, you can solve any of your problems, but I would not advise my friends and acquaintances to go there, but you decide for yourself.
