We rested for 5 days in July 2016. As soon as we entered the base, we immediately liked it - a green, cozy area, a swimming pool. True, there are not enough flowers, and the grass is burnt out and is not watered.
The house smells like wood, the furniture is good, it's nice to be. 600 UAH for a 3-bed room, which can easily accommodate four (double bed is large enough). There are towels for everyone. But there are no glasses.
Parking for cars is free.
The TV, however, is small, smaller than on the site of the base and shows only 10 channels... and Wi-fi would be fine... but it catches only near the administration and the pool, and you still need to try to connect to it. After 21.00 it worked out well. The authorities promised to install optical fiber in 2017. . .
The pool turned out to be paid - 50 UAH per person per day. Free only for those who pay for accommodation immediately for 10 days.

Pleased with the absence of mosquitoes. They nibbled, but not much. The main thing is not to go towards the sea - there are their darkness! In the spring, the trees at the base were treated with an anti-mosquito compound.
There is a bar near the pool, but the range is very weak. Refrigerators for beer and ice cream are empty. There is a shop in 5 minutes walk, everything was bought there.
The dining room is what I didn't like the most. 3 meals a day costs 230 UAH per person. You can eat, but the quality of food is average, obviously not for this money. The quality of service is terrible! We had to wait a long time until the dishes were brought, the waiters sometimes did not react to requests at all.
If you do not take food, you will have to pay 100 UAH. in a day !! ! (allegedly for utilities).
The road to the beach takes 5 minutes. The beach is clean. There are not enough sun loungers, they are made of wood and you can only move them together. There are only two sheds, and they are far from the shore.
He asked to clean the room, but we were told: "You're moving out tomorrow, why clean up!? "
Every day from 19.00 to 21.00 animators work with children (free of charge). But they work very weakly, children are not always interested. In addition, children watch cartoons half the time.
Conclusion: A lot of money has been invested in the database, but negligent managers and maintenance personnel are doing their dirty work. It is necessary to change the attitude towards work, and then the base will be full... and not only in July and August!
