We rested at the Budaki hotel in August 2018. To say that the impressions are terrible is to say nothing. We went with my husband, with two small children and my parents. We booked a two-room suite on the 3rd floor, with a small partition and a shared bathroom. , the first thing that confused me was paid wifi, daily? moldy and had a terribly unpleasant smell . . how to bathe children in such a bathroom? They went down, called the maid to clean up and change the curtain in the bathroom. HUGE TARANTULAS immediately crawled out of the room !!! ! they were everywhere, above the bed in the picture, in all corners, above the conder, above the TV, we counted 18 tarantulas. We go down to the administrator Olga to take measures, to which she replies with a complaint: "Well and what did you want, you have a balcony in your room !! ! so they crawl "! I say, we have 18 spiders, to which she replies, but you had nothing better to count them? nonsense, people, just nonsense! sorry , but the maids don’t do your cleaning? We rested in many rooms with a balcony, but nowhere! We haven’t seen anything like this yet. Again they asked to invite the maid to remove the spiders, 2 women came with a vacuum cleaner that didn’t pull at all, and the spiders crawled out from under the pipes, this vacuum cleaner could not even tighten them! The mood was spoiled... The table in the room was scanty, and this is for two families...
