We rest in Budaki for the second year in a row. Children, and there are three of them, and we parents really like it. It has a calm atmosphere, friendly staff, good rooms, clean private beach. Special thanks to Olga and Evgeny.

We have a rest every year in Budaki! many years. I never write reviews, but when I stumbled upon such untrue negative reviews, I can’t keep silent anymore (I can’t put up with lies). I think all the negativity comes from inadequate people or cockroaches in their heads. And excuse me, if such people behave inappropriately themselves, then "what a hello, such is the answer! " with "such" it is impossible in another way.

And now I’ll tell you how it really is here, because we have the opportunity and desire to relax in Budaki every year.
Like EVERYTHING here! The atmosphere of relaxation is everywhere here:
Clean, comfortable rooms are equipped with everything you need - everything is as in the photo - it's true.
Friendly and well-mannered people rest in the hotel, most of whom rest here not for the first time.
The owners of the hotel and all the staff are very friendly people.
For many years, believe me, we have seen all the charm of this place, although we are everywhere and outside of Ukraine too, but here there is a special atmosphere of relaxation.
Silence, tranquility, the sound of waves, always quiet and pleasant and unobtrusive music, a lot of space on the beach - clean and quiet, no noise and fuss, no drunken noisy companies.
You can have a delicious meal in the cafe (on their territory).
Be positive and friendly - and you will be answered the same!!!

We had a rest in "Budaky" in August of this year. Of the pros only close location to the sea. The beach is clean, but vacationers are very careful not to leave garbage. The sea was clean, then a few days there was a lot of algae. The numbers do not match the photos on the site. Although once booked clarified with Olga.

We had a rest in "Budaky" in August of this year.
Of the pros only close location to the sea. The beach is clean, but vacationers are very careful not to leave garbage. The sea was clean, then a few days there was a lot of algae. The numbers do not match the photos on the site. Although once booked clarified with Olga. She replied that the number would be exactly as in the photo. Check the amount to be subscribed to. We were given 6600 instead of 4200. After the phone call, corrected. Olga said that she counted in ten days, although the letter clearly states the dates. Make sure everything in the room works. She gave us a room with a broken air conditioner, although the money was taken for a room with air conditioning. At first they didn't notice, because the air conditioner worked, but the room didn't cool down. We asked Olga and Eugene to solve the problem. They tried to convince us that the air conditioner was working. Then accuse us of breaking it.
When we demanded to move to another room, they said that there were no free ones. Eugene also offered to come to them in the evening to "decide" (literally). But in the evening they simply were not there. They wanted to go to them in the morning before leaving, warned Olga. But they got in the car and fled, not answering phone calls. She also withdrew two percent more than the subscription amount. Olga said that two more percent is deducted when she is credited to the card. I clarified with Privat Bank operators when the payment card or salary is withdrawn by no more than 0.5%, so keep that in mind. Rooms seem to be poorly cleaned (photo attached, pushed the sofa and got a hairpin). During the rest period is not cleaned. Litter must be taken out across the road and dumped on a trailer. In the same place pay attention, to dry linen which is given out in number. The cafe has something to eat, delicious and inexpensive. But wash the dishes in two bowls. In one all the dishes are washed and in the other they are rinsed.
