We came by chance on the recommendation of a maid from a nearby sanatorium, where there was no choice, and even more so, variety in food. It was Sunday, around 8 pm. The cafe was empty, but somehow especially comfortable - candles were burning, a fireplace was playing, soft background music was playing, by the way, also French.
We were served by Konstantin. Yes Yes! It was he who served - he told the whole menu, recommended, joked, convinced and, most importantly, fed us with an amazingly delicious dinner. The prices are very reasonable. Portions are huge. Great bar and decent wine list.
We have been resting in Tovtry for 4 years already and, perhaps, I will not be mistaken if I say that this is the best restaurant in the region, including Khmelnitsky. All the people of Kiev - a must visit!
