The first week we were more disturbed by the chainsaw outside the window - they constantly bring trees and saw them right under the windows of the residential building! - "Well, when do we cut?... we need to prepare for the winter... "
But after a week of living, my husband and I noticed that this smoke / smell is already somehow nauseating...
After 2 weeks - not just sick, but already a headache, as after poisoning.
They barely got there until the end of the paid package and left. After arriving home, we slept for 3 days and only on the 4th day my head stopped hurting!

In this hotel again, before that were in 2015, before its expansion. We like the food buffet - like it. Baking is great. The service is good. I liked the doctor - Valentina Ivanovna. Three meters long and 1.5 meters wide !!! ). And on the corner of the building near the construction site itself. And this is for a family with two children (children 9 years old and 10 months old). At the reception, the girl flatly refused to provide the number promised to us (no rumors). After a request to call the administrator, they, together with her, after 40 minutes, found us the promised room with two rooms, a bed and a sofa. The room for two adults and two children had 2 large towels and one for feet. After four days, we changed the bedding, towels and have already given them a full set. Although the maids cleaned the room every day and saw that we obviously didn’t get towels!!!
Separate story with the pool. On Saturday it was cleaned, it was impossible to swim. On Sunday and Monday it was already allowed, but the water was green, the children swam. On Tuesday and Wednesday, the water was lowered and collected (throughout the day), the water was 14-16 degrees. On Thursday, the pool was already full, the water was cold, it was not heated. Children throughout the complex went around and urged adults that they wanted to swim, but no one let them in.
Restaurant cuisine turns into dining room food. With a complex diet, for 6 days there was a veal cutlet once, a stewed fish once and a fish cutlet once, the rest of the menu was based on chicken (chicken cutlet, chicken fillet gravy, stewed chicken liver, legs... ). And for breakfast, instead of delicious toasts - fornetti with chocolate and cream (neither I nor my child wanted to eat it)!! ! Vegetable stew is a horror made from potatoes, finely chopped and half-cooked cabbage, carrots and peppers!! ! Cheesecakes have more flour than cottage cheese. Why is that!? ! A year ago it was much better. I am very disappointed!

Where and in which hotel will you be allowed to check in without paying extra 1 day earlier (in my case, 07/27/18), in order not to miss the procedures and classes starting at 8.00 07/28/18? ANYWHERE! This is possible only in "Sunny Provence" !! ! My surprise knew no bounds.

The complex is not just a hotel with procedures, it is a complex - where everything is thought out to the smallest detail! In addition to the obligatory tidiness and cleanliness, there is insanely delicious food - both regular and dietary, democratic prices, a lot of wi-fi points, staff who take care of each guest. I was won over by the organization of health-improving procedures - this is not a Soviet-style sanatorium, but - no queues, the schedule of procedures for each is issued in the evening the next day at a certain time, the administration makes sure that all procedures are in the correct sequence residents of one room, for example), attentive doctors and medical staff, very professional and responsible!
Near the building there is an area for children, a swimming pool, gazebos and benches for recreation - with a beautiful panoramic view of Satan, and on the other hand - barbecues, gazebos for companies - in the woods. My son saying at the end of the holiday "I want to live here" is the best indicator of comfort that my homeland felt in "Sunny Provence".

The room is quite spacious, but: a dry pool with balls filled with 20 percent, and the balls are in excellent condition (dirty, broken, mixed with garbage), two old motorcycles (cycling) - one with a broken wheel, two cars partially without wheels, torn books, a few pyramids, broken dolls ...In general, the room is quite dirty, they came once, saw it all, there was no desire to bring the child there anymore.
I think that this room would not be better at all, although it is really an advantage for parents, but to offer your children such a room is a shame! If the hotel's list of services includes a children's room, it should be well-groomed and interesting. Let her visit be better paid but not in this state. This is a big minus of the hotel.
