Ужас!!!! Horror!!!!

The four of us went there, I, my husband and my parents, booked 2 deluxe rooms, although it was difficult to call it even an economy option, for 560 UAH. with two meals a day it was possible to go to the Crimea. The rooms are very small, only 2 single beds, a wardrobe, a table and a refrigerator fit, the rest of the space is enough to turn around. The toilet and shower generally leave much to be desired, there is plaque and rust on the sweepers, I will tell you not a pleasant sight. But all this is nonsense compared to how “Phoenix” threw us beautifully for money. We planned to spend 7 days at the Base, but on the second day of my stay, my mother had a problem with her spine, the pain was so severe that we had to go back to Kyiv to see a specialist. . . and how Phoenix reacted, which was supposed to return the money to us for 4 days of stay, we were informed that only 10% would be returned to us, as indicated in the contract (the contract is forced to sign everyone who checks in), when we objected that they say how is it possible, how many traveled nowhere did we meet such nonsense, we were asked to write applications for the return of the entire amount in 4 days. And they assured us that they would transfer it to us through the bank in the coming days, there was no time to start discussions, we left at night, but with full confidence in the fairness of Phoenix, but alas, our hopes were not justified, 3000 UAH. we gave the Phoenix base just like that, absolutely free of charge. . . In general, draw conclusions and do not step on the same rake.
