A couple of weeks ago I wrote a review about this hotel. . . And then suddenly I looked - there are two identical reviews (positive !! ) of some "dobiru" and "dodonoff", which were written on the same day and at the same hour.... Which is strange , these people have not traveled anywhere else and are registered at the same time. Therefore, there is no doubt that the same person wrote and most likely the director of this base or some employee of the staff.
I want to warn everyone again before going to this base: think carefully before going here and spending such crazy money for nothing. The only plus is the beautiful territory and design. Of course, I didn’t go to sit in a hotel, we completely enjoyed nature, the lake and relaxation... But just these "small" little things spoiled the whole impression of the beautiful area and air.
I can only mention one girl with red hair. She manages to settle people in the reception, and in the kitchen as a waiter, and takes rooms and gives keys. Everywhere and everywhere she runs errands, wherever you look everywhere she runs. And so,... there is no one else to talk to.

The administration should be stricter with cleaners and cooks, so that they do their work in good faith and do not rob customers. Yes, and you need to select staff, too, stricter. Because their service spoils the impression of staying at the base. And I advise the authorities to either reduce the cost of living or provide services as expected. And food is also worth thinking about. If people get poisoned for the first time (! ), It may be worth disinfecting the kitchen and removing unscrupulous cooks.

Not bad at the peak of the season, all the hotels and bases of Shatsk were packed to capacity, but this one had empty seats. I will definitely not go to this place again and do not recommend it.
