More than a year ago we rested in the cottage "Lviv". Passing by the villa "Leontia", which had just begun to receive vacationers, we went in and got acquainted with the living conditions. Considering everything this time we chose to stay in a villa. For us, it was optimal - the price / quality was completely satisfied.
And they weren't wrong. Settled without problems, although arrived very late. The administrator Valya was waiting for us and greeted us very friendly. When paying for accommodation, we were offered to immediately take into account the advance payment for the reservation, but we refused, because we consider the option of returning the amount of the reservation at the end of the holiday to be a very positive option in the calculations. Well done for coming up with this! We arrived by car, so parking next to the villa, video surveillance, lighting - very good.
Clean, cozy, comfortable. Three families with children of different ages lived in our block, but we did not feel any discomfort. The soundproofing isn't perfect though.

Since we chose a place to live with our own cooking, we were very worried about the kitchen. They were afraid that not a small number of people living in one kitchen would cause any inconvenience. We even took a slow cooker with us, but it remained in the room… Sometimes it seemed that we were the only ones using the kitchen. The reason for this is that everyone has a different daily routine and the time of cooking and eating basically did not coincide. And the fact that the tiles are electric is also not a problem. So the kitchen is fine.
The rooms are small. But functionally there is everything for habitation! Of the shortcomings - soundproofing.
For those for whom the main thing in Skhidnitsa is water treatment, then the villa "Leontia" is just for you!
And no one will like rudeness even in a 5-star hotel. My advice for administrators of hotels (villas, cottages, private sector) in Skhidnytsia is to create a single database of residents with boorish behavior. Thus, by denying them accommodation, you will protect yourself from boors and us from unpleasant neighbors on vacation.
