And what was our surprise on October 19.2017, when upon arrival we were offered completely different rooms, the quality of which is much lower than agreed (one room is a transition to the kitchen down the street, the other is completely unacceptable). But that is not all. Price - one 250, the other - 280! It got so bad that it was decided to look for another place (which was done in half an hour). True, we stayed overnight in the "Leontia", as we arrived late.
Got out the next morning. On the offer to return the rest of the advance - in response to rudeness. I don’t know about others, but I got the impression that the person (Alexander) is from a hangover. My wife had previously negotiated with him, and for the first time I had a conversation with him. From the first words - he is very unpleasant.
The previous time we had conversations with the sweetest administrator Valya. But she, probably, could not stand it and quit. As of 10/19/2017, Alexander did not have an administrator.
Now it is unlikely that we will ask to settle in "Leontia". And after this review, he himself will not want us. Locals also speak unflatteringly about him. Communicated with those living at that time. One woman said that it was the third time in "Leontia" and each time Alexander "threw" them (price, rooms). Another vacationer said that Alexander did not want to give back the overpaid money (after the vacationer warned that he would take the TV at the end of the term and send it by NOVA POST after receiving the money, he gave the money only then).
In short. The price-quality ratio in "Leontia" is not adequate, the prices are too high. At such prices in Skhidnitsa you can find much better living conditions. You can, of course, find a cheaper room, but there will be no shower, toilet, kettle and hairdryer in the room, excellent location (10 minutes to the 18th source, 10 minutes to the center, 20 minutes to the 3rd source), and what most importantly, great staff. I didn’t book in advance, but when I arrived in Skhidnitsa with a small child, I was looking for comfortable conditions. Rooms for such a long period of free was not. The rooms are clean and have everything you need for your stay. Each room has a minimum set of dishes, up to pots! The rooms start from the second floor, but it was possible to leave the stroller on the first floor and not carry it to the room. For this special thanks. Write in reviews about soundproofing. If there are no boors and egoists among the residents, then the sound insulation is normal! If you stand and shout in the common corridor, then I think isolation will not help either. In general, a comfortable stay for the money! The location is convenient too! And close to the sources and to the market. The entrance is accessible for a baby stroller! And in the gangway, this is important! This is not the case everywhere! You can also go uphill on gravel) Alexander tries his best for his guests! Thanks again!

When paying for accommodation, we were offered to immediately take into account the advance payment for the reservation, but we refused, because we consider the option of returning the amount of the reservation at the end of the holiday to be a very positive option in the calculations. Well done for coming up with this! We arrived by car, so parking next to the villa, video surveillance, lighting - very good.
Clean, cozy, comfortable. Three families with children of different ages lived in our block, but we did not feel any discomfort. The soundproofing isn't perfect though.
Since we chose a place to live with our own cooking, we were very worried about the kitchen. They were afraid that not a small number of people living in one kitchen would cause any inconvenience. We even took a slow cooker with us, but it remained in the room… Sometimes it seemed that we were the only ones using the kitchen. The reason for this is that everyone has a different daily routine and the time of cooking and eating basically did not coincide. And the fact that the tiles are electric is also not a problem. So the kitchen is fine.
The rooms are small. But functionally there is everything for habitation! Of the shortcomings - soundproofing.
For those for whom the main thing in Skhidnitsa is water treatment, then the villa "Leontia" is just for you!
And no one will like rudeness even in a 5-star hotel. My advice for administrators of hotels (villas, cottages, private sector) in Skhidnytsia is to create a single database of residents with boorish behavior. Thus, by denying them accommodation, you will protect yourself from boors and us from unpleasant neighbors on vacation.

As a result, the shower was only cold. Settlements at 14.00, with difficulty at 17.00 they settled, but when they checked out, they kicked us out from 11 in the morning. They also rented a room for 230 UAH, although upon arrival on their interactive scoreboard the cost is 220 UAH. 10 UAH is not money, but......... not nice, the administrator, as always, is not in the know.
