Traveled with my husband and two children. I was pleasantly surprised by the European level of service. The hotel is new, thought out to the smallest detail, the design of the rooms and the entire hotel as a whole. We lived in a suite. Photos do not convey the color that is actually there! When everything in the room is made of wood, you will hardly surprise anyone in the Carpathians (this is why we go there)))). But when the rooms are SO designed, when you understand the cost of plumbing, dishes, linen, handmade furniture, etc. , you feel that the "era of honest tourism" is finally coming in Ukraine. For the declared cost of the room, I got a clean, spacious, comfortable room in all respects. There are no complaints. All issues that arose were resolved with one call to the reception. Very friendly staff ready to help with any questions.
Huge balcony with a beautiful view of the lake and the river. Playground plus a small playground for children near the restaurant. Lake with equipped beach and sunbeds. A pond with honest trout fishing)))) who likes to fish will understand))) - the fish does not throw itself at the bait, you need to catch it and it's nice.

I would like to wish to expand the range of the menu and the waiters to learn their craft. But even the waiters, with their slowness, fit very well into the concept of the hotel..... I would probably make it a feature of the hotel)))
There is no civilization in the area, the hotel is located on a mountain, it smells of pine trees, the eyes are pleasing to the eye, mountains and reservoirs. I do not want to write much about nature. You have to feel it and it's worth going there. At the same time, it's not boring. Thoughtful entertainment. Sometimes I wanted a kids club so that the children would be "surrendered" for a while))), but I'm sure that this is a matter of time and next year we will definitely be offered this among the services.
