We celebrated the child's birthday (the administration promised us discounts and congratulations for the birthday boy, then they ignored it, although it was stated on the site). On the morning of the third day, they called the reception and asked to extend for another day, the administrator kindly agreed and extended it. After 3 hours, the same administrator calls and tells us to pack our things and get out of house N12 (arguing that there was a malfunction in the program and they did not see that our house had already been rented out), as an alternative they can offer us a hotel room with one double bed and we are 4 adults and one 3 year old child. In general, after scandals and a spoiled vacation, we packed up and left, our friends who had a rest in this hotel said that they settled an elderly man and a young girl of the director's acquaintances in the house.
