After 3 hours, the same administrator calls and tells us to pack our things and get out of house N12 (arguing that there was a malfunction in the program and they did not see that our house had already been rented out), as an alternative they can offer us a hotel room with one double bed and we are 4 adults and one 3 year old child. In general, after scandals and a spoiled vacation, we packed up and left, our friends who had a rest in this hotel said that they settled an elderly man and a young girl of the director's acquaintances in the house. This is how the hotel rebranding is carried out by its leaders. I do not advise you to go to this hotel, you risk being on the street !!!! !

We liked everything: beautiful nature; mountains surrounding on all sides; air you can't breathe; our small family house with a terrace where you can drink coffee in the morning and admire the incredibly beautiful landscaping; medical spa with large pool and cozy relaxing music. It is still possible to list the positive qualities of this complex for a long time. But I especially want to mention the medical program "Healthy Plate", which is designed for a week and developed by the Association of Nutritionists of Ukraine. This is a very useful program that gives an understanding of proper nutrition. But this is very difficult to achieve because it seems that a healthy diet can not be delicious. But this is not the case. The food (5 times a day) was very tasty and good looking.
This program has completely changed our perception of how to eat to be a truly healthy person, we have lost weight and even continue to "healthy plate" at home. We are very grateful to Dr. Galina, the doctor who started this topical program, and to the chef who prepared such delicious dishes for us. I want to advise everyone who wants to start a healthy life and learn to eat properly, but does not dare to do so, to come to Taor Carpathians and order a "healthy plate". You will not regret. We rested a lot in Europe, but there is no comparison either in prices or in relation. We have something to compare with. We all spoke Russian, but we were answered with a friendly smile in Ukrainian, and some even switched to Russian. We did not feel any negative behavior towards Russian speakers. The water from the tap really comes with some kind of aftertaste, but this is not a disaster, as some say. The complex is quiet, perfectly clean and tidy. All workers passing by you constantly greet with a smile on their faces. Lovely pool open until 10pm. There is no terrifying smell of bleach that eats away the eyes. Everything is okay. Cleanliness is perfect everywhere. Tried to find some traces of rust in the spa. Guess I didn't find. Masseurs, cosmetologists and other SPA employees are very attentive and helpful people. The doctor is a wonderful woman who will listen to you carefully and give full advice on what is best for you. If you are not from Ukraine, housing and service prices are ridiculously low. In general, everything was 100% excellent and we will definitely return there to rest. The only dark spot in the rest is the restaurant. No, the food is very tasty and varied. But the service wants to be better. The waiters are very nice young people, but it is not clear why we had to spend 1.5-2 hours for lunch. We had to wait a very long time for the next dish. They could start lunch not with an appetizer, as is customary, but with a second course, bypassing the first. Tried to explain, but alas. . . Tomorrow it all happened again. If you don't care how much time you spend on dinner and how it will be served to you, go and rest one hundred percent, if not, then fight. Once again, many thanks to everyone who was on duty from 4 to 10 July. We will definitely return to you, you will only save all the delights of a holiday in the Taor Carpathians. That evening, as always, we asked to kindle a fireplace for us. A worker came and brought firewood, lit a fireplace for us, it was about 10.30 pm. Our family likes to sit until late in the evening, chat, and this evening we were by the fireplace until midnight, maybe even later. Then, together with the children, they went up to the second floor to the bedroom, after the fireplace died out. We were going to go to bed, the window was open and the wife felt an unpleasant smell, and then the light in the house suddenly turned off. Looking out the window, we saw that the whole Taor was glowing, that is, only we have no light. I went downstairs to see what was the matter, and when I came down the stairs,
then I saw that a wooden lining was burning on the ceiling above the fireplace. There was complete smoke on the first floor, I shouted to the children that the house was on fire and they urgently needed to run out of it. The wife grabbed the children and began to make her way through the acrid smoke, trying to find the front door. The time was about 1 am, I shouted to her to run for help, and he himself began to try to extinguish the house with water. 2 guards and a worker came running, and everyone else was sleeping! At this time, my undressed children and wife knocked on the windows and doors of the reception, but everything was closed and no one opened it, although the lights were on inside! The wife ran naked all over Taor, knocking on all the doors and looking for attendants, but no one opened. At this time, the house had already begun to burn outside, and the guards did not know where the stairs were. At the same time, as it turned out, there are simply no fire hoses, leads for connecting water to put out the fire in Taora!
My wife and I were drawing water from the tap into the kitchen utensils and flooded the ceiling, meanwhile the house burned out and the wall adjacent to the fireplace began to burn. They found a fire extinguisher and put out the fire. Then we were lucky that the house was damp due to rainy weather and it saved. Bottom line: I myself put out the house from the inside. Meanwhile, the girl at the reception continued to sleep, and my children were sitting naked and cold outside! She woke up only from my phone call. She came out sleepy and did not react at all to the cries that our house was on fire! She didn't even ask what was going on and if she needed any help! As it turned out, no one was even going to move us, and the guards sympathized with us, how we would continue to sleep in it. Can you imagine in a house after a fire, in which it is impossible to breathe, there is no light, they wanted to leave us to sleep ? ! I was furious and my wife was stressed. Then the sober mind of a technical worker named Victor turned on and he remembered that in the evening people left the 13th house and it was empty. We give special thanks to him! We asked for the keys to it, a sleepy girl gave us a universal key and said that it was from all the houses. 13 the house turned out to be dirty and not cleaned after strangers, but there was nowhere to go. After we found out that there was a cleaned and ready to

Going out into the street, we saw how they are very quickly and briskly trying to put in order the burnt house 12. They change the burnt lining on the ceiling, wash the curtains, lay new wiring - in general, all the attendants were gathered in a burnt house, and at that time we were sitting in a dirty one and watching it! We didn't care about anyone! We were shocked. At 14:00, new guests were already settled in the burnt house! We took pictures of everything, which was very dissatisfied with the chief engineer, who led the elimination of traces of the fire and went to the hotel administration to talk about
what are they going to do due to the fact that in their hotel in the house there was a faulty burned-out fireplace from which the wiring and the ceiling caught fire. And we might just never wake up again! The hotel administrator Nelya greeted us with such a face as if nothing had happened and the phrase: "Well, yak Vee! Look up! "! It seems that I just watched an interesting movie and she wants me to share my impressions! That was the way it was said! Not a single question about how are you, what are you, like children, how was the night? At the same time, I spoke in a voice hoarse from smoke and coughed! Then Pani Olenka appeared. as they all call her there - the director of the hotel Taor! She told us that she did not know anything about the fire and that she was told that the wiring was smoking and we were "relocated" to another house! And we told her that a lot of children, women, pensioners are constantly resting in the hotel and that their fireplaces are out of order,
no fire alarm. there is no water supply for extinguishing wooden houses (taor is all made of wood), even a large building! There is no medical care, the reception is closed at night (despite the fact that the security booth is 2 meters away), the reception staff is not competent and indifferent! And she was directly told that if sometime something bad happened, then Mrs. Olenka would be in prison! At the same time, in a conversation with her, we learned that there is no connection to the alarm button of the police (this is in our “quiet” time), there is no permanent car belonging to the hotel to take out the injured person! And pregnant women and babies rest in the hotel! To the remark that no one knows where the stairs are and that it would not be bad to fix one at a time on the back of the houses, Mrs. Olenka answered us - it would not look nice! The road to Taor is very bad, and for 9 km you can simply say no! Taor is located in such a place that if you need help, it will be at least in 2 hours!
In general, in such a place and for such money for 4 years it is already possible and necessary to buy a helicopter, or, in extreme cases, an all-terrain vehicle! But all this came to us only when we experienced this nightmare and our minds sobered up! Before that, we, like many others. who come here do not think about it! And now about how it all ended! Our house after reminders was cleaned by 15.00! After we showed our serious intentions that this situation will not just go away, and they will not get off with cava and vodka, and I expressed a desire to communicate with the owner of the hotel about this situation! Pani Olenka said that the owner is abroad, but he knows about this situation and is ready to compensate for all our expenses at the hotel, which we already had, return the money for the accommodation and not take money from us for the rest of the days! We also secured a ban on the use of fireplaces in the entire hotel and were assured that all of them would pass the test!

Pani Olenka said that the owner is abroad, but he knows about this situation and is ready to compensate for all our expenses at the hotel, which we already had, return the money for the accommodation and not take money from us for the rest of the days!
