The cleanliness of the hotel was top notch. But soap and shampoos were not issued for four days, referring to an unscrupulous supplier. It was not clear what function does the curtain in the bathtub perform? when you take a shower, all the water on the floor!!! The supply of drinking water is also not replenished every time, so we had to take water for tea from the tap. The girls at the reception, waiters and other service personnel try to be kind, pretending to be ready to help. And when problems started with the TV, it emitted a mosquito squeak during work, which was impossible to listen to, the girls at the reception, instead of changing to another TV, tested my nerves for three days, sent me masters 3-4 times a day, whichcorrected something there and left, and after 30 minutes the squeak came back. During my stay at this spa hotel, it happened to be my birthday. At the reception, in general, I hinted to the girls, because on the site they had small gifts for birthdays (sweets from the cook + 1 massage). In general, I am a non-petty person, but they never congratulated me from the hotel, in any way. We thought that maybe it will do, you think it will cost. Craving!!!!! The gym is in a deplorable state: the simulators are all old, broken and there are only 4-5 of them, one name. I went for a massage, the quality is not very good, one stroke. Well, all this could somehow be compensated by the beauty of nature, hiking in the forest, mineral water, which was also not always enough, especially spring No. 6. And finally, my personal belongings disappeared, apparently the attendants, in my absence, "rummaged around" in my personal belongings and, as a result, the new things that I purchased at the fair disappeared, apparently the size fit someone. I discovered this only when I arrived home, called the administrator, clarified whether this was the norm for them, to which I heard that this could not be, I invented everything, they have an impeccable reputation. Unfortunately, the fact remains, there are no things !!!! Poorly probably explain to the staff that you can not take someone else's. Probably this spa hotel Respect, Skhidnytsia at this stage is not ready to provide quality services at the level, as Europe does, "zhlobsky mentality". Therefore, I want to warn all tourists to carefully check all your belongings if you leave them in the room or at the reception unattended. I wish everyone to make the right choice!

We were lucky and one evening (during dinner) a saxophonist was playing....for the first time in my life I heard a saxophonist playing - and it was just magical - like in a fairy tale.
The hotel is really 4 stars, in expensive hotels in Turkey there is no such beauty and quality of services, and the prices in Turkey for everything are much higher.
Therefore, I recommend this hotel for rest and relaxation.

We decided to spend the May holidays in this hotel, relax, relax and take a walk around the neighborhood. Good service, excellent cuisine, room with a comfortable double bed. I liked the SPA procedures, I took a course of massage (special thanks to the massage therapist who put my back in order). My husband and I have been staying at your hotel for the second time. We like everything, especially the cleanliness. Every day we used the services of the SPA center, it was very comfortable everywhere, perfect cleanliness, we didn’t even have time to see when everything was being done. I’ll add a little fly in the ointment....We rested in this hotel from 12/26/14 to 01/02/15. We arrived by car ourselves, got there without problems, there are signs everywhere... later), because I realized that everyone has their own criteria for rest, food and service! We settled in immediately, the room was a panoramic suite on the 4th floor (No. 46). The room is small, but because it consists of 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms, this was quite enough. Clean, comfortable, the room has everything in principle, for a normal rest (hairdryer, slippers, bathrobes, bath accessories, tea set). There is no safe, although it is stated on the site, the door to the bathroom , they didn’t partially close between the rooms (you can see some kind of “crooked” carpenter put locks, in general, going to take a shower, you need to tell everyone not to enter, because the door just closes, leaving a gap. The sewerage in the bathroom and washbasin is clogged, because. e. while you wash, all the water accumulates, you look at it, finished the procedures and it slowly starts to leave! The bottle of liquid soap was faulty, they said they changed it, but and it turned out to be no better. The minibar is paid. But the worst thing that spoiled the whole vacation is that there is a laundry on top of the room (no one warned about this in advance, although they asked for very quiet rooms and said that silence is Mega important for us! ) In general, this laundry is a place for a gathering of staff, where they vigorously discuss their activities, starting at 7.30, shifting bowls, basins, etc. , where from the same time the Senior Admin comes to work and tapping his heels over your head - hooves!!! ! back and forth does not let you sleep....Where washing machines are washed from morning to evening (until 22.00-23.00) every day and the spinning of the machines is such that my child and husband thought that these were helicopters flying over the hotel !!! ! And these are the rooms one of the most expensive (not counting the apartments). In general, I didn’t see any sleep or rest in this hotel, they allegedly pretend to react to complaints, but everything remains in the same place....a new day comes and all over again....In general, I had to we had to leave the hotel ahead of schedule, of course no one returned the money and the options for solving our problem too !!!!
Restaurant: The menu is scarce in assortment, but the chefs are great, they cook delicious! Arriving in the Carpathians, I want to see the real Carpathian, Ukrainian colorful cuisine, and we saw 2 types of dumplings and Balonese spaghetti and fondant....this stuff is all over Ukraine. The breakfasts seem to be quite good, but some are meager and you feel a clamp and a limitation. Initially, choosing these dates, you mean the celebration of the New Year there....the result is “But we will not have any program, and even if you want to sit in a restaurant, then 150 UAH per person. for booking table ". . . Although the site states that the program is INCLUDED in the price of rooms for this period, because in addition to the cost in the high season, they also charge the cost for the extra season from 29.12. The question is for what? What did you do "extra"? Even the New Year's program is not We were able to organize for our guests! I also forgot to say that about the New Year's menu is something... who made it is not clear... at the same time, you again have to pay for all this in the region of 1500 UAH, well, at least the table was at least like something...

And in conclusion about Skhidnitsa itself, it’s a boring resort, I would say, for grandparents who decided to drink some water. There is nothing to do here, nowhere to go, no entertainment, restaurants too... were in Jumbo, Opaka, Santa Maria, everything is like in the dining room... We went to eat in Truskavets (To the White Yard and Kozatsky Hai). I won’t come here again, and I won’t advise anyone, this place is not worth the money or the distance that needs to be overcome! And as O. Freimut-I would say I don't recommend this place!
