They chose this hotel on the spot, although they booked Kievan Rus (it's a complete nightmare). The interior and exterior are great. Picturesque place, wonderful expensive renovation. Spacious halls, good spa, varied food ...etc. Two rooms were rented (two-room suite and standard). My husband, husband, 3-year-old child, grandmother and 14-year-old brother went with the family. Everything was great, BUT ...the situations that happened on the last day in the restaurant, just turned my idea of how customers are treated in this hotel! ! ! !!
My three-year-old son (many mothers will understand me) eats poorly in public places, it is impossible to plant and feed, so in all the hotels where we stay, I take room and feed without strangers and other distractions. Attempts to order a separate menu for the child did not make sense, because the first, second and dessert for my child and I always had more than enough.
In this hotel I did not even experiment with a separate meal.
We took 4 full board for a family of 4 adults and a toddler.
At lunch there was a borsch with mushrooms and I almost ate MOLLY! ! ! ! ! which floated in my plate, from which I had just fed the child! I tactfully did not fan the fuss, because I liked the attitude of the staff, and did not want to spoil my mood. In the evening of the same day, the child flatly refused to eat, and I asked Sudochok to pick up pancakes with cheese and feed him in the room. The waiter ran away, after a while an older shift came up with the question, “What did you want? ” I explained again. To which I was categorically refused, referring to the fact that "you have a child, and you do not order food separately...Can not be tolerated. " Although this practice was at all tables where children eat poorly.
