Chose this hotel based on reviews from friends. Booked in advance and paid in advance. They checked us in quickly, the porter helped bring things to the room. Liked the room very much. Two-room mansard suite. All furniture is made of wood, a lot of cabinets, bedside tables. There is everything you need. Pretty spacious. Very clean. The interior is designed in a classic style, everything is quite simple, but very comfortable. The light was a little dim. Excellent soundproofing. Mosquito net. Cleaned every day, linen changed on the third or fourth day of stay. The staff is polite and attentive, I won’t say that they look directly into the mouth, but everything is up to the mark. Good service in the restaurant. The menu is beyond praise. The food is varied, healthy and tasty. There already one food has a healing effect - a lot of vegetables, fruits, dried fruits, fish - they feed smartly and plentifully). The medical center is also excellent. Everywhere order, cleanliness, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Large and well maintained area. Loved the kids room. We rented bikes - very convenient. There is a pond with fish, a trampoline, gazebos, benches, swings. Lovely pump room, there are almost all the "basic" water. I think that the "weak point" of this hotel is SPA. Several functions did not work in the pool, the hammam worked every other day, the staff was not up to date at all, once there was an unpleasant smell in the pool - the filtration system broke down. We complained and called reception. The next day the damage was fixed. There is no music in the gym, the TV does not work, there is no person who would help with turning on / setting up the simulator (although the site claims a trainer who can create a training program, etc. ). The bowling alley was also closed. But despite all this, I want to go there again. I really liked this place.
