I just returned from Skhidnytsia and I already miss it. . . To begin with, the tour operator through which I book every year in Three Sons warned that there was a spa and a pool under repair. . . Of course, I was upset, but the planned annual flushing of my " liver" did not cancel. And I asked the operator to pick me a hotel in Skhidnitsa at the level of the Three Sons. But already on the second day it turned out that the hotel I chose was not even close to the Three Sons in terms of the quality of service and food !! ! I will not voice its name, because. I promised the manager not to write about all the shortcomings, despite this, the hotel removed the daily fine for early departure (2550 UAH! ). While the cost of a daily stay in a room with a balcony in the Three Sons was only 1850 UAH with a similar service content, but in all respects better than in the previous one. With great joy, I agreed to move to Three Sons even with the condition of one relocation (there was no free room for 18 days), with the condition of repairing the spa center and with a crack in the rib (memory from falling on the first day on an unpaved path in the previous hotel ((( ((( ). I was happy with everything usual: perfect cleanliness everywhere, delicious and varied food, boundless hospitality and attention of the attendants, high qualification of the medical center and, most importantly, a competent decision to visit the spa center and pool at the Three Sons 5-star hotel. Every hour with From 7-00 to 22-00, a warm minibus departed exactly on schedule! Every evening I enjoyed dipping into pleasant waves (yes! yes! I didn’t make a reservation, it’s waves! ), soared my bones in hay, yeast or flavored saunas....and thought: “There is still a paradise in the world! ” It’s a pity that it didn’t work out for a swim - a crack in the rib made it impossible...
And I would also like to add about the balneological resort Skhidnitsa itself. The main advantage and value are springs with healing mineral waters of the Naftusya type, which have no analogues in Europe. The uniqueness of Skhidnitsa is that different types of medicinal waters are concentrated on its relatively small territory:
slightly mineralized with soluble organic substances in the amount of 10-30 mg/l;

glandular - with an iron content of 20 to 70 mg / l;
alkaline mineral waters of the Borjomi type.
Specializing in the treatment of diseases of the kidneys, liver, biliary and urinary tract, digestive organs, metabolism, respiratory organs, musculoskeletal system (osteochondrosis and kyphoscoliosis) and peripheral nervous system (rheumatism, neuritis, plexitis).
The springs are located directly in the forest, and for effective treatment it was necessary to walk to them an hour before meals and an hour after meals. And so three times a day. Right next to the source, I warmed up the naftusya to the desired temperature and immediately drank it. After all, naftusya, coming out of the bowels, in contact with light and air, begins to lose its healing properties, and after 2 hours it loses its healing properties completely. And despite the fact that the building of the Three Sons Hotel has its own pump room, I chose a more difficult but sure way to flush my "liver". In general, I walked up to 10 km a day! In the first days, legs fell off from unaccustomed walking. Rescued foot massages (Thai girl did it super! ), ozocerite body wrap, low-temperature saunas and of course water massages in the pool. A week later, I felt light in my body, the scales showed - 4.5 kg (I lost weight !!!! ), my lungs spat out all the cigarette resin that had accumulated earlier (here I smoked 10 times less - there was no time, and it was a pity to spoil the clean mountain air)) )), with the rest of the insides, probably, the same thing happened, although the appetite did not decrease and they cooked here to fame. When visiting a gastroenterologist, she decided to undergo an examination of gastroscopy and hydrocolonoscopy at the same time under general anesthesia. On the way to the examination, 4 polyps were removed in the intestines and all this for 3500 UAH! (about 8.000 rubles). A year earlier, I paid 15.000 rubles for only one gastroscopy in Simferopol! I didn’t notice antagonism towards Russian speakers, I met people from St. Petersburg, Belgorod, Muscovites, a lot from Belarus at the sources....But most importantly, after ultrasound, sand was not found in the kidneys, the liver decreased, heartburn and bitterness disappeared, and of course I lost weight 5kg. . .

From now on, I was convinced once again: “They don’t look for good from good! ” And henceforth ONLY IN THREE SONS and in SKIDNITSA!! !
