We have a rest with a family (2 adults and a child of 3 years) for the second year in a row, in winter. I highly recommend this sanatorium-type hotel, it has everything for a wonderful family vacation.
Food - great, great buffet in the morning, you can eat all day) Lunch and dinner on the menu (choose today for tomorrow), the restaurant always has juices, compotes, tea, coffee, cocoa.
Rooms - clean, many towels, bathrobes, slippers, bedding clean, no holes, there are shampoos, soaps, conditioners, lotions, brushes, pastes, razors and more, hair dryer, safe, many bedside tables, beautiful views from the windows)
Entertainment - a children's room where there is a maze, all kinds of props for handmade postcards, etc. (there is an educator who does it all with children), toys, as well as table football and air hockey (my husband and I did this while the child was playing). Cinema (visited last year, it did not happen).
SPA - 2 swimming pools (children's with very warm water and adult) sauna (possibility to go outside in the snow), hammam (well, in Turkey it is better of course)) cryosauna (not visited), locker rooms, showers, lockers with keys - everything is there.
The gym is very good.
There is a pump room with mineral water but we went to the springs.
The hotel is in a very picturesque place, a little above, and overlooks the village and the mountains, very nice. Go close to the sources, to the outlets too (the nearest source is 2 minutes, there are people trading)
The staff is polite, caring.
The hotel can be seen from the outside from the inside.
