The dining room has a large selection of dishes, but there is no coziness like in a beehive. These transitions from one hotel to a new one by elevator, where someone gets on each floor and to the old hotel, are stressful.
It wouldn't matter, you can't find fault with these moments, but the children started to have a fever and signs of rotavirus infection appeared. We were tormented all night, the next day I turned to the reception desk with the demand that I want to go home, because it is not possible to get 1 more night and they started telling me that my payment has not been made. How can a hotel accommodate people without full payment? Nonsense.
And in the end, they removed the fine in the amount of UAH 700 and we left in despair, because it was not our fault that the children were poisoned.
It's sad that customers are not valued. And the children dripped in the infectious department for 3 days...
For the first time, they returned from Skhidnytsia without recovery.

We decided to come here in the summer. In August, I arrived with my husband and daughter, it would not be comfortable in a standard room of our company, we rented a suite (98.000 UAH) in two weeks. The room was terrible, the closet doors didn't close. There were stains on the furniture, stains from glasses, the carpet was flooded with tea and coffee, cleaning every other day, bedding and towels were changed on demand, cosmetics were put in every other time and not laid out beautifully, but thrown into the sink. I even took a photo of this horror. All the staff are angry, the maid said complain to the reception. A week later, the manager said that they would fix the closet for us and dry clean the carpet. Grandfather came to fix the closet and said that he could not fix it, the same grandfather came to clean the carpet and also said that he would not clean it. 5 days before the end of our holiday we were offered to change the room. It was cleaner, but with construction noise, we decided not to change our room and get at least in silence.
It's a shame that they built such a cool hotel in such a wonderful place, the prices in the hotel are cosmic, and the cleanliness and service are two points.

For the kind of money that these "5 stars" take, the ratio is at best 3. In addition, they brought the infection when they put leeches (by the way, even if you paid for them in advance, you may not get the entire amount, but the remains in muddy water that did not stick to the neighbor according to the procedure).
In general, we do not recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a good rest and treatment.

Children came to swim, relax, and here we can’t rest, relax with our sunbeds. Further, it was better to finally decide with my husband to ride down the hill to my misfortune. We got on the boat as we were told by the instructor who lowered us down the hill and went all over again, nothing would have happened, but somewhere in the middle of the way, my husband and I, at a turn in two, hit something with our heads, I begin to understand that I am losing consciousness, my husband tooshocked. But then the boat also turns over and I still hit my collarbone, then I don’t remember how I left this damn pipe, that is, I was already unconscious from the hill, and only at the exit I was splashed with cold water and I began to come to my senses. With difficulty, I got up, but I still had to jump down the hill into the pool to get to the shore. And the staff of the water park, seeing the situation that had happened, did not even help to get to the shore. When I got out of the pool, I felt a hellish pain in the clavicle area, and only at my insistence they called me a medical worker. I was taken to the first aid tent, the pain in my arm was getting worse, I was injected with a painkiller, but my arm hurt unbearably. Most infuriating is the fact that the administration, knowing about what had happened, did not even deign to come up and ask about well-being. Yes, they called me an ambulance and asked for my phone number. which no one ever called. They took me to the hospital as far as Borislav, 15 km away. from the water park. From the side of the administration there was no offer of help, because the accident happened to them in the water park through their fault. In the hospital they put me in a cast. They found a displaced clavicle fracture and suggested surgery. I refused because we are from another city, and in general, if you saw this hospital there, it was generally scary even to be plastered, let alone to be operated on in general, no conditions at all. My husband went to the administration on the same day with a certificate stating that I had a fracture. Yes, they returned the money to him for visiting the water park, but for the fact that I was facing an expensive operation, no one wanted to listen and said further treatment, pay for it ourselves, we have nothing to do with it. And this is how our vacation ended: an expensive operation, a plate in the collarbone with 16 screws and 3 months. sick leave. Here is such a vacation in the aqua couple Three sons and a daughter5 *. They probably have the slide structure installed incorrectly, because we weren’t the only ones hitting our heads against something in the slides. Be careful when visiting this water park, at least I do not recommend it. !!!! !
