An excellent hotel that guarantees a wonderful holiday at almost any time of the year. We rested for the fifth time since 2014 - in summer, and in autumn, and in winter. I like it more, of course, in the summer, but a large influx of vacationers is somewhat tiring for lovers of a very quiet holiday. Yes, and rooms must be booked 2-2.5 months before the start of the "high" season, otherwise you will not find free ones. On the other hand, summer is more fun. And for those who like to escape from the city's 30-40 degree heat - that's what you need.
Pros (undoubted):
1. Location. Center, bus station, everything is nearby - shops, cafes, parks. For those who like to go to all sources - far away. Nearby - only one or two (I do not say - they did not go, but drank some water in the pump room of the complex).

2. Comfort. The rooms are excellent. In the old complex were only once 3 days in the "suite" - very good. In the new ("junior suites") - the furniture is new, comfortable. The bed is huge. The bathroom is just gorgeous. Spacious, bright. Shower stall, wash basin, toilet bowl, bidet - everything is new and sparkling clean. As it should be. In some junior suites, where we were, the arrangement of furniture was not very good - but they themselves rearranged it and it turned out to be more spacious. Cleaning is daily and of high quality (special thanks to the service staff, they already recognize us and every time they ask when we will come again). Bed linen, 3 types of towels with replacement every 3 days, bathrobes - everything is fresh. True, the cape on the bed was stained. But I'm not from the "Inspector" program - not critical.

3. Nutrition. Breakfast - 3 dishes to choose from (dietary or regular menu) + buffet table. Dishes are very tasty. Buffet table... Good (several types of salads, croutons, olives, eggs, butter, sausages, cheeses, cakes, pastries, etc. ). But... The set is about the same. On the 5-6th day it becomes boring. On the 5th visit - very boring. Plus, there's a LOT of food for breakfast. But can you not eat? For lovers of "buffets" - good. For the rest, 3 main dishes are enough. And you can reduce the cost of breakfast.
Lunches-dinners. Book full board immediately. Since the difference between "breakfasts only" and "full board" is 200 UAH. for two a day. Such money in the nearest "cafes" is not enough for you to eat at once. Dishes for lunch and dinner (3 dishes to choose from + a small buffet table (cabbage, cucumber-tomatoes, fruits, cakes) are excellent. It can be seen that the chefs are trying very hard, since the dishes themselves and their presentation are beyond praise.
Dining room service is good. This summer, the staff changed and the new girls obviously did not always have time and sometimes looked scared. But they are trying. ?
4. Spa center. Also beyond praise - a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, 3 types of saunas, 2 showers, a barrel + a sauna pool with a waterfall. At the entrance - towels, sheets, hats, slippers... Everything is free (specially indicated, since in some complexes there is a separate fee). There is a good gym - I looked, but did not use it myself. From the wishes - after all, fix everything in the pool, the waterfall (or whatever it is called there) - has not been working for more than a year.
I will add separately. In the summer (as I mentioned above), due to the large influx of vacationers, after 1800 (when the saunas start working) the pool is not overcrowded. But this can hardly be called a disadvantage. Since SPA complexes are much smaller in size.

5. Medical care. We come to relax and drink water (the pump room in the complex is automatic). We do not take procedures (except massage - a couple of times). So I can't say anything.
6. Internal infrastructure. The patio (small, but VERY beautiful), the winter garden, the passage between the buildings, the design of the reception, aquariums - everything is a solid "five". This year the patio has been completely redone - even better than "excellent" Pheasants and parrot Ricci - hello ? Well, we are waiting for the promised summer pool and "I don't know exactly what else will be there" ? . I hope this will not greatly affect the prices - which are quite loyal in this complex.
7. If you forgot what to say, does it mean you forgot? or not used.
Minuses:
I don't see any particular cons. I am not Olga Freimut - everything suits me, and minor flaws can be eliminated.
Wishes:
Loyalty program for regular customers. It would be nice to have additional discounts, like many "competitors".
