The hotel has problems with water, black water flows from the tap. Water in flasks of unknown origin is brought to the kitchen for cooking, and we got poisoned. Spoiled vacation. But the hotel is not bad and the location is good... The owners need to solve the problem with the kitchen and water supply.

We have rested many times in this hotel and will rest again, God willing. Everything is cozy, clean, friendly and tasty. A couple of years ago they did a major overhaul, after which the water supply improved and the hotel became more modern. The cuisine is exquisite, but not in a restaurant, but in a home style.

I don't recommend it and here's why. The cooks are rude, they smoke, they laugh and shout very loudly in the kitchen. The food is 3 meals a day, but we didn’t like it, everything is very mediocre, the portions are not large, but the dishes are good. The smells from the kitchen spread throughout the hotel.

The room is large and spacious, you can see that not long ago was renovated but it was often cool and uncomfortable. Noise isolation is not good. The bathroom smells like sewage. Hot water is available regularly. Very good location of the hotel. The locksmith was constantly drunk. The staff is not friendly and they do what they want because the owners live in Lviv and there is no control

I have been going to the gangway since 1996 and thanks to this unique place, this GOD's health resort, I walk around this world!!!
I know Skhidnytsia literally, in front of my eyes it began to develop rapidly in the late 90s, it all started with Dianna, and then Ignatiev's villa (I mean new construction).
I also rested in Valeria (industrial street), everything is fine there, but it takes a very long time to go to the springs, then to Valentina and Lyudmila.
I go 2 times a year, in the winter I stay in Lyudmila and in the summer in VALENTINA (because they have a two-room suite and I take the children out for recovery in the summer)
I read the negative reviews about these hotels and, to be honest, I was surprised by this.
I admit that each person has different requirements and OPPORTUNITIES, but there is no dirt, age-old dust, and even more so poor nutrition!
The manager Valera in Lyudmila is generally a golden man! )))

rested with my family in valentine. of the amenities is a really good location, but even the inconvenience associated with the lack of hot water, poorly equipped bathrooms and rooms with age-old dust simply fade away before their meals... that's where the quiet horror is, not a single person resting together in dreams said that satisfied with this disgrace, everything is at the level of a canteen in a student hostel, everything is monotonous and tasteless.
