By phone, when the rooms were booked, the administrator announced the amount of UAH 2020, and I clarified several times whether the entertainment program was included in this amount, to which she replied that of course it was. We had another child (5 years old) with us, we were told by phone that we didn’t need to pay for it, because children under 5 years old rest for free! After our request, they brought us bathrobes (for some reason, two, one for children and torn, and one for adults). In the next room, where our friends "rested" in the shower, there was an unrealistic amount of fungus !!! Ants were crawling in the bathroom! We did not wait until 24:00 for the promised entertainment program for adults (it simply did not exist! ). The children's entertainment program consisted of several competitions and a face painting, for which the children stood in line for more than two hours!!! The buffet for both lunch and breakfast was VERY poor! There was little food, I’m generally silent for breakfast (even coffee was squeezed! ), There was nothing but oatmeal and pickles! I do not advise anyone! For that kind of money, they do not provide any service at all!! !
