Rested with friends, the impression is the best. The rooms are comfortable, the food is excellent (various buffet for all tastes). Nearby there is where to walk and what to see (we did not sit for almost a minute). I recommend.

Number (thank God) we did not shoot there. The restaurant was enough for us. The locals recommended this restaurant as "the most visited place". We arrived... ordered a barbecue, half of which was just raw. The greens on the plate were not washed and frankly dirty. The final straw was the bill, in which we were charged 30 UAH more expensive than the menu!! But even when we made a remark about the raw meat and the difference in price, no one even apologized.

How many times have we been to Sherwood, nothing like this happened. We always ordered kebabs and no disappointment, only one delight and the waiters were always friendly. We recommend it to everyone, we will come again!! !

28.10. 2017Came to spend Halloween in Sherwood. We were terribly dissatisfied!!! By phone, when the rooms were booked, the administrator announced the amount of UAH 2020, and I clarified several times whether the entertainment program was included in this amount, to which she replied that of course it was.

28.10. 2017Came to spend Halloween in Sherwood. We were terribly dissatisfied!!! By phone, when the rooms were booked, the administrator announced the amount of UAH 2020, and I clarified several times whether the entertainment program was included in this amount, to which she replied that of course it was. We had another child (5 years old) with us, we were told by phone that we didn’t need to pay for it, because children under 5 years old rest for free! Moreover, in the summer we came to them and we did not pay for the child. Upon arrival, we were told the amount of 2340 UAH, and this is supposedly for a child. The administrator answered all our questions that this amount was for the child's food and entertainment program (in which, by the way, he did not participate! ). When we got to the room we were AMAZING!!! There were no bathrobes, there were no disposable slippers, there were no disposable cosmetics, there was soap in the dispenser that did not work! After our request, they brought us bathrobes (for some reason, two, one for children and torn, and one for adults). In the next room, where our friends "rested" in the shower, there was an unrealistic amount of fungus !!! Ants were crawling in the bathroom! We did not wait until 24:00 for the promised entertainment program for adults (it simply did not exist! ). The children's entertainment program consisted of several competitions and a face painting, for which the children stood in line for more than two hours!!! The buffet for both lunch and breakfast was VERY poor! There was little food, I’m generally silent for breakfast (even coffee was squeezed! ), There was nothing but oatmeal and pickles! I do not advise anyone! For that kind of money, they do not provide any service at all!! !

They put us in a room, I almost gasped. We ordered a superior standard. Room with separate single beds, although we ordered a double bed, because the baby sleeps with us. They solved this problem like this - they moved the beds and laid a blanket - something that left a deep hole in the middle - did not bother anyone. the room is gloomy, the interior was changed, apparently 10 years ago. all in black, red and brown...
We came for lunch and were impressed. Buffet 100%. The choice of food is excellent, everything is sooo tasty and varied. what a grill menu! but this tale ended after 3 days, when the bulk of the people left.
Exactly as the program of animators ended, thanks at least the kids were dancing in the evening. And when on the penultimate day they saw a fly in the salad, the ordered tea was brought in a white teapot with tea smudges - the mood was completely fucked up. Waiters-horror-do not know how to work with customers. They didn’t even apologize for the fly in the salad, there was always some kind of showdown in the kitchen, the whole restaurant was listening.
Conclusion: for Donbass, it’s not bad in principle, but for 1400 UAH per day, I think we would have had a better rest somewhere

A large green area away from the former part. The staff is very polite and unobtrusive. We lived in Okhotnichesky (it is newer) and in the Guest.
