The woman introduced herself as Elena Nikolaevna and said that the Floresta Hotel in Svyatogorsk also owned x (so be careful when visiting this hotel - the management is one thing, but a lot depends on it). so I explained the situation to her and asked to return my personal item, she said that she would find out and call back. We chose this hotel because friends advised us. Resting with company. The hotel did not disappoint, check-in was quick. The price included breakfasts and lunches (! ), the chefs pleased us with delicious dishes and the waiters with polite service. The only thing we wish the rooms were a little warmer.

I want to note that the cost / quality in this hotel does not correspond to reality. What the photographs show. The rooms are old, the bathroom is full of mold, a cheap toilet and a shower curtain. I did not want to return to the room, it's good that there were no children. The towels were grey, and the bedding was unreliable.

There is a fee on the territory that provides for payment for their strong drinks drunk on their territory? ! (100 UAH) They also take money for everything: 30 UAH for cutting vegetables, 50 UAH for fish. The breakfasts included in the price are complex breakfasts and they are very modest. There is no buffet. Lunches are not provided.
There is a pool, and it's clean, but there are few sunbeds and the mattresses on them are dirty and old, so... The toilets near the pools are old and dirty, like in the Soviet Union. And when there is no water, they prudently put BUCKETS OF WATER to drain!
All in all, we will never come back here.
