A call to those wishing to relax in the "Green Grove": do not go there NEVER and FOR ANYTHING. This is not a three-star hotel, this is a SOVIET BOARDING HOUSE with all the ensuing horror stories.
If this is not enough for you, read the impressions below in detail.
Minuses:
1. The receptionists do not tell the whole truth about the “hotel” over the phone, in reality it is not a “three stars”, this is a Soviet boarding house. The receptionist in jeans and a sweater, i. e. in which "God sent".
2. “Lobby bar” is a large empty rack-table, one refrigerator with soft drinks and a girl in clothes again “what God sent”, several wicker chairs and tables.

3. There is no restaurant, although there is one according to the information on the hotel website, in advertisements and according to the porter. These are two rooms with tables and chairs. We were told that the restaurant was on the second floor, we went up, walked back and forth - there was no one, there was not even a bar, waiters, NO ONE. It doesn't even look like a canteen. We went down to the hall and asked where the RESTAURANT was, the girl from the “lobby bar” promised to “take us in”, but she began to dig, which completely pissed her off. As a result, we went to have lunch at another Rocher Royal hotel, where we ate all the time afterwards.
4. WI-FI zone is only in the lobby, it is NOT in residential buildings.
5. "Computer club" is ONE computer with an ancient monitor.
6. The room has a split sink, a leaky shower. The shower cannot be properly installed in the holder, because the holder is not for this shower (or the shower is not for this holder). The shower cabin does not have a second handle. The water heats up after 10-15 minutes of shower operation. Toilet flush works every other time. A RUSTED towel rack hangs over the toilet. Shower-toilet is not heated AT ALL. It is very cold and damp, due to the flow of the shower cabin and the sink on the floor, there is a constant swamp. There is only one urn near the toilet. For two days of stay, no one expressed a desire to clean the room, even the urn was not emptied.
7. There is no paper in the bath in the men's toilet, the door to the bath does not close with a key - come in whoever you want. God forbid you accidentally sip water from the pool - this is not bleach, this is a nuclear mixture.
8. The window of the rest room in the bath overlooks the children's playroom, it is covered with blinds, the voices of the children are heard, well, the children's voices and other sounds from the rest room.
9. The sheet is shorter than the bed by a meter: if you want, sleep with your head on the mattress or put your feet on the mattress.
10. Do not hang heavy clothes such as coats in the wardrobe, otherwise the wardrobe will fall on you.
11. Check-in at 12 noon, but check-out at 10 am, i. e. 2 hours "hotel" brazenly puts in his pocket. At the same time, 10 minutes before the end of the stay, the receptionist began to point her finger at the clock, saying that it was time to get out.
12. At breakfast, instead of scrambled eggs and ham - scrambled eggs with some kind of sausage of a dubious type, such as "salami", a bun dried up and smelling of dust, there is always some kind of oily coating in coffee. After the first such breakfast, we never went to breakfast again.

13. The final chord - the call of the porter already at the exit from the "hotel": "Wait, young people! We must check the number! ”… It turns out that in Ukraine all numbers are checked, and God forbid you leave without checking! Only the porter forgot to tell the two Estonian tourists, who were used to a slightly different service, about this.
Pros:
1. The room is really renovated and the design is not bad. Reliable plastic windows, easy to open.
Conclusion: do not go to the "Green Grove", as this will ruin your impressions of the beautiful sacred places of Svyatogorye.
