I made a reservation at this hotel on December 31 for two weeks. On December 19, making a full subscription for the room. But on the day of arrival, ie December 31, I got a call and was told that they could not accommodate us for security reasons. They offered to return the money to the card and I agreed. The administrator said that the return will be made within 2-3 days after the New Year. It has been a month since the booking and the funds have not been refunded. Only "fed" empty promises.
I was especially surprised by the administrator of the hotel with which I made the reservation and which promised a refund. She openly lied about our telephone conversations, refused to speak. The money has not been returned yet. I do not recommend anyone to contact this hotel and its staff. If you have a problem, they will do anything (even lie) to deceive you.
I hope that the relevant city authorities will pay attention to this hotel and its open fraud. Terrible hotel and even more horrible staff.
