I made a reservation at this hotel on December 31 for two weeks. On December 19, making a full subscription for the room. I was especially surprised by the administrator of the hotel with which I made the reservation and which promised a refund. She openly lied about our telephone conversations, refused to speak. The money has not been returned yet. I do not recommend anyone to contact this hotel and its staff. If you have a problem, they will do anything (even lie) to deceive you.
I hope that the relevant city authorities will pay attention to this hotel and its open fraud. Terrible hotel and even more horrible staff.
