Traveled with my wife and 6 year old child. My wife got a free voucher, and my child and I had to buy vouchers for the full price in a travel agency. It was these full-fledged vouchers that allowed us to relax normally.
We lived on the 4th floor, in the first building. Superior single room - one-and-a-half bed and a folding chair for a child, TV, refrigerator, iron, kettle, ironing board. Furniture and plumbing are new, garbage is collected daily, rooms are cleaned every other day, bedding and towels are changed once a week. Water - according to the schedule, it is turned off for a couple of hours during the day and all night. Meals - a buffet "in Ukrainian" - there is a choice of dishes, but, of course, not Turkey : (. The dining room is quite overloaded, you will not be left without food, but if you come late there is a risk of eating only porridge with boiled meat and coleslaw. dietary, generally good for health.
Plus sanatorium "Diamond" (and "Crystal") - transitions between buildings, canteen, clinic and medical building. If it is raining or cold, you will only have to go to the pump room for water.

The staff is friendly. During the procedures, they gave the nurses 5-10 UAH, then they do it half-price, they try. Water "Naftusya" - no comment, this is the purpose of the trip for everyone, the three of us had an effective effect!
For the "soviet" sanatorium - a solid four. The service is well worth the cost.
