I had a rest in Almaz from 28.02 to 14.03. 2010. I went to Almaz because there is a transition to the clinic and you don’t need to go outside at all in wet weather, and because I rested there 2.5 years ago. Changes have taken place, and unfortunately not for the better. The fact that not a penny was invested in the building itself was to be expected and the single room looks a little worse now, to put it mildly, but there have been significant changes in the healing process itself. If 2.5 years ago the doctor prescribed me so many procedures that I was busy with them all day, now it turned out that the cost of the tour includes only 63 UAH per day for treatment, and the rest is accommodation and meals. And the procedures themselves turned out to be quite expensive, and as a result I received only 4 hydromassages, 4 baths, blood biochemistry and something else according to the tests. And 2.5 years in 14 days I went through 10 hydromassages, 10 baths, 8-10 physiotherapy procedures in 3 rooms, 8 body massages and all tests from biochemistry to a simple finger test. Yes, perhaps Truskavetskurort has the right to do this, but vacationers must be warned about this in advance. Then we have a choice. Settle in a private hotel and buy all the procedures or go to such sanatoriums as Almaz. I will say right away that during this spring I was in Truskavets three more times on a long weekend and settled in a private hotel, where the cost of a room is less than in Almpz, and the quality is an order of magnitude higher and food is almost 3 times cheaper. And the procedures were carried out there for cash payment through the cash desk of the clinic, but the comfort and coziness of the hotel still plays a huge role for relaxation. It has already been tested and there is something to compare!
