Sanatorium "Arnika" is a good "four" by domestic standards. The ratio "price" - "quality" is ideal. We lived in a "standard" room at a price of 545 UAH. per day for one person. At the same time, they paid 520 UAH each, since the room was booked in June at a price of 520 UAH, and upon check-in, we were considered so, which was very pleasant and caused respect for the administration. This cost included accommodation, 3 meals a day, and basic treatment.
Now for the points.
1. Accommodation. Number "standard" in the full sense of the word. The room has been renovated, it is divided by an arch into two zones - a bedroom and a dining room. The bedroom has two beds, a TV, two bedside tables and a cupboard (??? ). At the same time, the bedside tables had only upper drawers, it was not clear where to put things, we decided that we would put them in a large closet in the hallway, but when we opened it, we were also surprised, there were no shelves in it, only a plank with hangers. The solution was found quickly, they pulled out all the dishes, put them on the refrigerator, and adapted the cupboard for clothes. Therefore, immediately a request to the administration: please add shelves for clothes. In the kitchen area there was a refrigerator and a rather nice dressing table, as well as a set of dishes (plates, forks, spoons, knives), glasses, a decanter and an electric kettle, which is not always the case in standard rooms. The bathroom was also renovated, the shower cabin is really small and fenced off with a curtain, there was also a washbasin and a bucket, there was even an outlet for a hairdryer. But the same drawback - there were no shelves for bathroom accessories. Administration, please add a shelf in the shower where you can put gel, shampoo, etc. , otherwise you only have a soap dish attached. Otherwise, there are no comments. The balcony is good, we overlooked the backyard, but it was even good, in the morning we woke up to the singing of birds. If about the room, then immediately about the cleaning. We lived on the 2nd floor, in room 208. We were cleaned by a middle-aged woman, so thin, I'm sorry, I forgot her name, but I really want to thank her, because she cleaned very well and with misinformation. means, which is a rarity for inexpensive sanatoriums (I always have the main minus - it's maids, and here for the first time I'm satisfied with the cleaning of the room). Bed linen was changed every seven days, towels on request more often. Linens are good, mattresses too.

2. Territory and building. The territory of the sanatorium is small, but very well-groomed, all in flowers, I got up early in the morning, and so the janitor (or gardener) was already watering the flowers and everything was cleaned up. There is only one building in the sanatorium, but it is connected by a covered passage with the dining room and with the medical department, which is very convenient, since everything is nearby. A very advantageous location of the sanatorium, it seems to be in the center, and, as it were, a little in the depths, and it’s within easy reach of the pump room, and there is no city noise. The fact that the small territory of the sanatorium is not scary, since everyone still goes for a walk to the Adamovka city park or arranges a promenade in the center of Truskavets. The city is small, but beautiful enough, the only thing is that the garbage is removed late, people go to the pump room in the morning, and the janitors only come out with brooms, and everything falls out of the garbage cans. Request to the city administration: clean up earlier, before 7 o'clock in the morning. There are a lot of dogs, but they are all chipped and not at all aggressive, and squirrels jump everywhere like that. Terminals have already been brought into the pump room, so soon the water will be paid.
3. Treatment is the main factor for the sanatorium. The most important method of treatment, of course, is Naftusya water, but since it seemed boring to us just drinking water, we decided to add a comprehensive treatment - prevention. We were lucky with the attending physician, we were assigned Olga Nikolaevna Lutchin. She listened to us carefully and gave us a referral at first for tests and an ECG, and then she prescribed procedures. According to the results of the tests, I needed a consultation with a cardiologist and an endocrinologist, and so the consultations were free, I also liked the doctors' approach to the problem. There are a lot of procedures that are included in the price of the tour, and one of them, namely the “underwater shower-massage”, too, although in other sanatoriums it has always been a paid procedure. Manual massage is also free of charge one area, but depending on how long you have a ticket. For example, we were 13 days, so there were 5 of all free procedures, and you could pay extra for the rest (for example, 5 massages for free, 5 with payment). Well, ozokerite, for example, like this: 5 for the knee joint, 5 for the shoulder joint, and do them every other day, and it also turns out at no extra charge. For a fee, we took the following procedures: dry carbon dioxide bath (very good effect, we liked it), pressure therapy (blood outflow, lymphatic drainage, in general, also quite effective) and foot whirlpool baths. All the medical staff work well and well-coordinated, everyone is very friendly, the only thing is that we got into the holiday season, and the sanatorium was fully loaded, and the nurses had to run around different rooms replacing each other, but still, this did not create any special problems, although small there were incidents. At the ozokerite, the girls always did everything very quickly and without queues, many thanks to Galina, for some time she worked alone, but she managed. Nadiya also always tried her best during physical procedures. Many thanks also to the girl in the intestinal procedure room (I forgot her name again), she always performed everything very delicately and responded to requests. Thanks to Anya from the bathroom department for a very high-quality “shower-massage”. In general, we thank all the medical staff of the sanatorium for the treatment provided to us!
4. Nutrition. (here it will be subjective, since this worries me the least, I am an unpretentious person, simple porridge suits me). The food seems to be plentiful, for me, so much is not needed. But! Less would be better, but better, as they say. For example, instead of butter, they gave a spread, which is very harmful for patients with a treatment profile for the gastrointestinal tract, instead of cheese, there was a cheese product, which is also completely useless. I liked the soups, especially the mushroom soup, delicious casseroles, prunes are just overeating, from the second courses I preferred porridge with fish (hake), milk in the morning, although there were three dishes for breakfast and dinner, and you could choose, or eat all three , also compote with a bun. In the morning, by the way, they gave very good coffee with milk, in the evening kefir with pastries. The rest is standard: meatballs, cutlets, zrazy, meatballs, cabbage rolls, dumplings were once, there were also enough vegetable salads, on Sundays they even gave sandwiches with red caviar. In general, the food is normal, as for a sanatorium. I can put a solid four. The dining room staff is very polite and friendly, the waitresses were always willing to help and could replace the dish, if something did not suit the order. It was even possible to agree, having arrived from a long excursion to have dinner later.
5. Leisure. In the sanatorium itself, there is no leisure as such, in the sense that there are no discos or evenings of rest, but all leisure can be spent in the city. Every day in the Palace of Culture there are concerts of Ukrainian and foreign "stars" of the middle level (Viktor Pavlik, Albert Saltykov, Lisapetny Battalion, Mila Nitich (by the way, I went, the concert was wonderful), well, etc. ) The Lviv Drama Theater also toured , I also went to the play, the acting is amazing. There is also a disco in the "Puck" at the Palace of Culture (for those who are over... ) and a million cafes, restaurants, summer playgrounds and eateries. As well as a huge city park where you can just walk or sit on a bench with an interesting book. There is also a huge number of travel agencies calling and inviting for a variety of excursions. But since I have long determined that we do not have roads, I was tempted by only one excursion with the beautiful name "Carpathian Switzerland". And yet in vain, 2 hours off-road in a stuffy minibus without air conditioning, well, we looked at the locals, swam in a mountain river (the water there was exactly knee-deep), and in Skhidnitsa, in some basement, we drank some water from a source. The apogee was a visit to some dubious-looking hut, where the devil pulled me to order lamb shish kebab. After tasting the meat, I realized that if not from a dead donkey, the ears, then other parts of the body from him were definitely there. I turned with a question to a girl who was stringing meat on a skewer with one hand, wiping her nose with the other, with a question - is this lamb? She stared at me herself like one famous animal per building. In general, I do not like our sightseeing trips due to the complete lack of roads and services.

6. Climate. The climate in Truskavets is not for everybody. We were in August, it was hot, but not like we have in the south, but the humidity was crazy. Therefore, the cores there in the summer will not be comme il faut. There was practically no rain, once it rained, but after it it even became easier to breathe.
Well, here is my review of Truskavets and the Arnika sanatorium. And if a person needs treatment with mineral water "Naftusya" and he wants to come to Truskavets, then I would recommend the sanatorium "Arnika".
