We rested in the Yantar sanatorium in July 2012, in the so-called improved two-room suite No. 214. It would seem that the room should be perfect (in our opinion everything is in order and comfortable). But it turned out that there wasn’t even a plug for the bathroom in the bathroom (they didn’t find a suitable one for our bathroom during the rest), the faucet mixer does not work, the toilet bowl fills with water for 20 minutes (so it’s impossible to wash it off) The windows in the room are old Yeshe Soviet and very dirty and shabby. On warm sunny days, the room turns into a torture chamber. There are no air conditioners. All "superior" rooms are south facing only. In the room, one exit to the balcony was walled up since the winter, they opened it themselves with great effort. On weekends, the garbage is not taken out, and the room is not cleaned. And on Monday at 15.00 I had to go to the head doctor with a request for cleaning after two days off. The TV is small and old. distance sound only adds to reduce it is impossible. Towels and bedding are changed only after a week. Of the dishes in the room 3 cups with saucers, 3 glasses and an electric kettle (serviceable! ). Now about the improved nutrition (. wanted to take dietary food, but this is impossible, only a buffet) They call it "buffet ". I think it's a self service restaurant. To get a general impression of the organization of "improved " food, it is enough to arrive 5 minutes late (you will not arrive at the beginning meal, and even before 15 minutes, you will eat what is left). People snatch in front of each other, and even the staff of the sanatorium can pick up the last dish in front of me. Have to stand and ask. Bring this, bring that. The chicken is chopped up so that only bones (3 cm each) remain. There is no natural meat, except for boiled wooden beef, if you get it. In short, it is better to eat at a common table, as one of my acquaintances did. But that's impossible, as they say here. You can stand at the reception desk of the hospital all day long. Procedures at the reception are scheduled a week after arrival. There are not enough procedures for everyone. Therefore appointments are reduced. All procedures are accelerated. For example massage instead of 15 minutes - 8. The buildings outside are all shabby. Stucco and tiles are falling off. The benches on the street are all skewed and low. The park is dilapidated. paths are terrible. In general, it is better not to go to the Yantar sanatorium. If you don't want to ruin your vacation, everything else is fine: water, air and nature.
