In general, we were satisfied with our stay at this hotel.
Pros: clean rooms, white bed. Change of towels constantly, change of bed twice a week. The room is very big. The hotel is as warm as the rooms. Everywhere in the hotel there are sofas and armchairs, even near the elevator)). The staff is friendly and accommodating. Fixes all problems instantly. The food is delicious, you can choose from dietary and not. Many different sauces, very tasty because of which it was not possible to lose weight)) delicious coffee, it's a pity that it's only for breakfast. For children there are always cereals and soups. The dining room is very clean, I did not see a single spot, the tablecloths were always changed.
Throughout the hotel, a very convenient location of the restrooms, they are everywhere)) the fitness room is large, new simulators. The children's room is also large, there is a nanny who looks after the children very well and takes care of them. I especially want to mention Natalia, very attentive! Courtyard behind the hotel, it's just super. The forest is magical, especially when it snows. Cool tubing! The staff is good. Medical center on the level. Everywhere is clean.

Cons: small pool in the spa area. A lot of bleach, dries out the skin, both in children and adults. There is no wet cleaning in the rooms, only vacuuming. Far from the center, especially when it snowed, the roads are not cleaned and climbing uphill with the kids is not an option at all. They left the child in the children's room, while they themselves went to the pump room.
