The hotel bribed us with a booking system (oral reservation by phone without prepayment) and a location (opposite the Vesna sanatorium) + they promised to meet us at the bus station in Truskavets, which they did.
We are a young couple, traveling and flying from different countries (near and far abroad) and of course the meeting was with flowers. When checking in at the reception, they asked for a vase for a bouquet. After 5 minutes, they knocked on the room and handed HER! A jar of pickles! They apologized, they said that for today all the vases were over and tomorrow they would certainly replace it, which we had been waiting for the whole rest. We didn't wait. . . It turned out that there were no vases in the 3-star hotel.
I don’t know who came up with the idea to promote this hotel for a honeymoon. Only if the newlyweds are 60 years old and have kidney problems : ). We lived in a standard room on the second floor. On this floor, I don’t know how on the others, there are medical, massage, treatment rooms. There is no soundproofing in the rooms, so from 8 am to 6 pm there is noise in the corridor.

They thought to do massage at our hotel, they even signed up, but when they saw the office, they decided to retire (too hospital environment). Then they went to Med-Palace and were very pleased. It's SUPER!!!
Towels and bedding were changed every day, but we only saw shampoo and soap on the first day. We were pleased with the presence of bathrobes, as promised, and slippers, which they did not promise : ) But in the shower I lost time when I tried to adjust the cold and hot water (the system alternate hardening : )) I would like to add that it was always warm in the room, the TV and telephone worked, cl: eternal construction. We went for breakfast once. Not a buffet! Under the order.
Since we didn’t have much time, every day was as busy as possible. One night, returning from Lviv from the theater, I started having a severe headache (migraine). And tomorrow at 9 in the morning we had to go on an excursion to Slavske. Not without a pill. Of course, all pharmacies were closed, but I was encouraged by the thought that I was relaxing at the MARIOT MEDICAL SPA hotel and I could find painkillers at the reception. But Alas! There was nothing in the first-aid kit except for validol and alahol. The pharmacy on the other side of the city , I am not able to take a taxi, my young man does not know Russian. They didn't offer us any help. The girl said indifferently that she couldn't help us. And this is in a MEDICAL hotel. At night I managed to fall asleep only in the morning, but I had to take an excursion.
On the day of departure, we were not provided with a transfer to the station. We took a taxi to Lviv. Air conditioning above the bed. But the view from the window is not pleasing
