The hotel bribed us with a booking system (oral reservation by phone without prepayment) and a location (opposite the Vesna sanatorium) + they promised to meet us at the bus station in Truskavets, which they did.

On this floor, I don’t know how on the others, there are medical, massage, treatment rooms. There is no soundproofing in the rooms, so from 8 am to 6 pm there is noise in the corridor.

Towels and bedding were changed every day, but we only saw shampoo and soap on the first day. Of course, all pharmacies were closed, but I was encouraged by the thought that I was relaxing at the MARIOT MEDICAL SPA hotel and I could find painkillers at the reception. But Alas! There was nothing in the first-aid kit except for validol and alahol. The pharmacy on the other side of the city , I am not able to take a taxi, my young man does not know Russian. They didn't offer us any help. The girl said indifferently that she couldn't help us. And this is in a MEDICAL hotel. At night I managed to fall asleep only in the morning, but I had to take an excursion.
