We spent two weeks in this hotel. As for a 3-ki hotel is very good.
Liked:
- Location. Very close to the lower pump room 5-10 minutes walk; next to 3 pharmacies; 10-15 minutes from the mall "buffet"; 7 minutes from the Med-Palace and the market.
- Price quality. Very good living conditions for this price.
- Good and friendly staff (without artificial strained smiles) both at the reception and among the nurses. If anything, then Marusya does a good quality underwater shower-massage. ))
- Free wi-fi in all rooms, cable TV.
- The presence of video cameras (I hope not a dummy), light sensors and ironing boards with irons on the floors.
- Existence of an extract in a bathroom and a mosquito grid on a window.
- Comfortable mattress. The dream was wonderful.
- Oxygen foam is given in a large glass as for beer + "garden" juice is added for a pleasant taste.
Did not like:

- Meals in the restaurant. We ordered both complex breakfast-lunches and dishes from the restaurant, but it always looked like food from the canteen, it tastes the same. because and should + the choice of dishes is higher and the prices are lower.
- Location of sockets in the room. For example, where there is no table. There are 2 free sockets, one in the bathroom and the other near the phone on the other side of the room. It's terribly inconvenient.
- The location of the dryer for things. It hangs right above the toilet, i. e. if you want to sit on a ceramic friend, be prepared that your upper body will be in your dried towels))
- Change of bed linen every 4 days, bathrobes were not changed at all.
- There is no elevator, luggage porter... I am silent about the doorman, because it is 3 stars.
- The white front door to the hotel, which is constantly stuck even though the staff tried to correct it.
- The main problem of this very good hotel is very dirty hoods, which apparently have never been cleaned and absolutely everywhere, from the bathroom of the rooms to the hoods in the restaurant, downstairs, where the tennis table is, where the underwater shower is done, etc. + the presence of dust with cobwebs, which is and in the physical therapy room (on the ceiling), and on the stairs (on the ceiling), in the restaurant at the corners of the walls, windows and ceilings. It can be seen even from afar.

Conclusion: The hotel is good in terms of price-quality, honest 3 stars, this is probably the best option for the money in Truskavets, but the cleaners need to be driven. ))
